Words can't describe how incredible this dealership is. I actually had fun selecting my truck, enjoyed talking numbers and really felt that this was a team effort. Even after accepting my offer on the vehicle, they insisted to take it through the shop to make sure it was safe and qualifies to sell from their dealer. I agreed and at their expense they replaced the tires, made a spare key, changed the oil, performed an alignment and much more. I felt like a king when I took delivery of the truck. It was fully detailed well over what I expected and felt new after the service department gave it life again. Thank You Very much and I can't wait to do business again!!!!! More

I just recently relocated to the Tampa bay area and was searching for a new vehicle. I went to several dealerships and was very frustrated but once I met with Ralph things took a different turn. I HATE car shopping ! I was not looking forward to getting a new car. When I first spoke to Dan Pipp on the phone he was very comforting. He made signing on the dotted line a breeze. I just loved his pink and blue highlighter for signatures! Purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee. Chris was very nice to work with. Took awhile to negotiate a price (had a little issue with trade in worth but eventually settled on price I knew was correct). My wife was looking at a few vehicles including the Jeep Cherokee. One of the requirements was it had to have a power tailgate. On our first visit we were served by Juan Flores. He took us for a test drive Cherokee. One of the requirements was it had to have a power tailgate. On our first visit we were served by Juan Flores. He took us for a test drive and my wife loved the way it drove but Juan stated that the power tailgate was not an option on the Cherokee, only on the Grand Cherokee. We left and tested other vehicles and my wife was decided that the Cadillac SRX fit the bill, We were about to purchase but she wanted me to test drive the Jeep because she felt it drove better. If she had to live the Power Tailgate then she would manage, On going back a few days later, Juan was not available so we got talking to Frank Diaz. Frank knew everything about the vehicle and to our surprise said that the power tailgate was an option with the Luxury package, Frank took the time to show us all the options on the vehicle and at no time were we hurried or pressured into making a decision. In fact he encouraged us to do our own research also which we did. On returning the next day, Frank was busy but he referred us to Stuart and would check back often to ensure we had all the information. I visited this dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. I jumped from a Charger, to a Jeep, to a 2 door sports car and left with a Avenger! He also had someone in training with him from New York, I can't remember his name but he was also very nice and held multiple conversations with us. Jonathan engaged in other conversation with me and my friends making us feel more comfortable and gave me a sense that he didn't only care about making a sale that day! Also the floor manager came over and talked with us as well. Everyone I encountered while I was at Courtesy was very welcoming and friendly. This was my first time to a dealership to purchase a car and I have to say Jonathan and the rest of the staff did a wonderful job.
