My wife and I went to Courtesy Dodge because it was directly across from a Toyota dealership. I was looking for a new truck and had never driven a Toyota or RAM pickup. When I test drove the Toyota I didn't like the way the Tundra handled or sounded. Since the Dodge dealership was right across the street we went over and checked it out. Joe greeted my wife as I was parking, and was very courteous from the start. I told him we were looking for a new truck, or a Jeep, and he just laughed. Great personality. Said he'd love to earn our business. And he did. We had some pretty tough criteria and he never got flustered as we looked at several vehicles, some a couple of times. He was very helpful throughout the transaction and was a pleasure to work with. He never pressured us. I'd recommend that anyone interested in a new truck go see Joe before making any decision. The whole team we worked with (Joe, the sales manager, and the finance manager) were very professional and treated us with respect. Can't ask for anything more than that. More

The whole team there was outstanding, from the finance manager to the business manager to the receptionist. There's a kid area that was perfect for keeping my kids entertained. We received a letter from another dealership with a promotional sale for the weekend. My husband said why dont we go to the dealership in Brandon since it is closer to the house maybe they will honor promotional sale for the weekend. While there we looked inside the suv we wanted and drove in the dealer lot the dodge durango. I loved the vehicle. We wanted specific options b/c our credit scores were low and had negative equity on our trade in. We knew b/c of this we would get a higher percentage rate and longer terms. We left that Friday night hoping to do business with them on Saturday afternoon. We explicitly told the dealer that we had small children and didnt want to be there all day. We gave them our information and said to call us if we were approved. They somehow convinced us that everything was ok and to come in. We were there at the dealer waiting for 4hours needless to say walked away without the SUV b/c they tried to bait and switch us. We are very realistic but not dumb. We told them that we didnt want to spend more than 700 dollars a month however that came back with a payment that was close to 900 dollars. My husband was getting frustrated. They finally came back after 40 minutes with two children under age 5 mind you and the dealership was not packed with customers. No one was sitting in the finance office at all on this Saturday. However, they treated us as though the dealership was packed. Finally we are now into the finance managers office and to our dismay we weren't approved YET!!!!!. My husband looked at me and told me to stand up b/c we are leaving. He was furious...They refused to listen to our needs. So we went to the dealership across town and the gave us the deal we were looking for. I dont blame the sales person Ray (he was actually friendly especially to my son)b/c he had no control over what the dealer will do but his manager just assumed we were going to just take this deal. Dealer has a kids area and coffee so when they are working on paperwork I was able to relax. Mike is adorable. Very patient and of course knowledgeble! I will recommmend this dealer and Mike anytime! He knows how to manage his time as he had me and my husband as customers and another couple (possible buyers). So he was dealing with all of us in a very organizational manner and profesional! Very easy to understand numbers and paperwork. Of course I recommend to do car shopping first. Overall great experience! I'll buy my next car here no doubt. My husband got the Dodge Charger rt Max 2012. Trade-in was smooth and we got what the old car was worth it!!! Great great great. More

I had a very bad experience at the Jeep distributor in Jacksonville and wanted to find a distributor and salesperson that was "honest". Needless to say upon recomendation I was referred to Courtesy Autogroup and was put into contact with Mike Dunlap. Mike was incredible, providing me with all the necessary information to make an educated purchase and treated me and my wife like a true valued client. The first time I talked to Mike was when I picked up the car in Tampa...that is how detailed he was in his selling ! His attention to detail when showing my wife the functions of the Jeep and his honesty in doing business were superior to those I have dealt with in the past when purchasing a car. Kudos to Mike !!!! If you are going to purchase a car, I would HIGHLY recommned this distributor and Mike! More
I went the online route and queried 5 local dealers to find my specific 2012 Wrangler. I was very particular about wanting one in Sahara Tan. Getting this color combined with my other specifics made it di find my specific 2012 Wrangler. I was very particular about wanting one in Sahara Tan. Getting this color combined with my other specifics made it difficult to find an exact match. Reason being was that the Japan Tsunami caused problems with paint allocation. Sahara Tan was on production hiatus. So after emailing 5 local dealers, 4 of them responded trying to sell me on everything BUT what I wanted. Courtesy Brandon was the only one that went through the extra effort and did a 500 mile search. They found one in Georgia that was an EXACT match. I went in and sat down with Mike. He was patient, friendly, and just gave off a great honest vibe. He is the exception to the rule when it comes to pushy car sales. My only disappointment was I felt they could have gave me more on my trade in, but it is what it is. Well I put money down and thought all was good. Unfortunately, the Jeep in Georgia was sold out from under me. Communication problems. I was annoyed and ready to walk, but Mike again did the extra effort and found me another one in Texas! Again, there was some frustration brewing with the Texas dealer, which caused delays. But Mike stuck with it and was able to work things out with Texas. He kept in contact with me and let me know what was going on step by step until finally I received my brand new 2012. At one point, during the Georgia mishap, I called Mike twice around 9-10pm. He was home with his family, but still answered my calls and listened to my concerns instead of sending me to voicemail. I thought that was pretty cool. Anyone I know looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep I'll be saying, "Go see Mike Dunlop, he relates to the customer, goes the extra mile, and he'll take care of you". More

I am a disabled vet and I have found it necessary to have a vehicle which will be capable of handling a power wheelchair and a lift. Mike Dunlap was the man to help me do this. Without having much more than my car and a reason to change vehicles, I put Mike to work. He took my needs and wants and went to work hunting for my vehicle. For awhile, things were going pretty slow and then things started to fall into place. In a short time Mike had found me something that I was happy with. With Mike's salesmanship comes a magnitude of attributes; he is friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He digs in to not only do his job but to help with anything else that he can. He continued to see the sale through until the conclusion. It is this type of salesman, namely Mike Dunlap, that keeps me coming back to conduct more business.
