We used the internet pricing and were very impressed at how easy and no nonsense the whole process was. We made an appointment, my husband went to the dealership met with Daniel Pipp and Michael Kelley. Mi how easy and no nonsense the whole process was. We made an appointment, my husband went to the dealership met with Daniel Pipp and Michael Kelley. Michael spent time showing my husband the 2 cars that we were interested in and got our trade appraised. Once my husband knew which vehicle I would want he contacted me at work. When I got to the dealership everything was ready for our signatures. As soon as we were done Michael showed me everything on the car just like he had already done for my husband earlier. Michael helped me set up the bluetooth. Very happy with our new purchase of the Dodge Journey and the service we received. Hope that our future service calls will be just as great. More
A couple months ago I contacted the dealership about several used cars and was not given the time of day. On a whim after dealing with another crappy local dealer I stopped in to take a look at several several used cars and was not given the time of day. On a whim after dealing with another crappy local dealer I stopped in to take a look at several types of vehicles. Originally I thought I was getting a decent deal and great vehicle ( 2014 Dodge Challenger ). My Salesman Christopher Chong was friendly and I was comfortable with him. Unfortunately the rest of my experience is rather poor after that. For one I was not shown any other vehicles on the lot I was presented with a very dirty oak tree pollen and leaf covered 2014 Challenger. I was advised that I could only negotiate the base model even after I told Christopher what I really wanted ( leather seats, rear spoiler, bigger wheels, in general the SXT Plus ). I was told that that "everything else" was too much money. The deal was worked over a few hours and I was lead to believe that the numbers were not going to work in my favor. The real issue: After having the contract signed and the car cleaned I noticed that the car had hundreds of flaws in the paint. They looked like pin points, pitting and or gray colored drops that were between the paint and clear coat and or penetrated down to the metal. At that time I stated that this is not the car I want to buy because of the flaws in the paint ( which would most likely get worse over time). I asked my salesman to have this taken care of now. Christopher's reply was, "The man you need to see will not be in until Monday". The next day I called to speak to Robert Catlin who worked with Christopher on the sale to advise him of the issues I encountered which he seemed uninterested and advised the same thing. So another Trip to the Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge on my day off and I meet Mr Slaughter or "Cuff". I asked him if I could trade out the vehicle for another, without the paint flaws and he said "no" that he would have the car repainted. I was there roughly an hour as he documented the flaws and had the vehicle taken to the paint shop. He advised me that I would get a call in a few days and that they would re-paint the areas of the car and provide a rental car for my use in the mean time. Cuff was friendly, pleasant and professional. HOWEVER I am NOT happy with the vehicle condition, I mean what reputable dealer sells a car that has $1694.00 in preparation fees and misses the fact the paint is flawed. The additional time involved in fixing the issue or the aggravation of getting railroaded into a base model or the outrageous additional fees associated with this deal. I came in to buy a Dodge Challenger, not a S##T ton of fees, or extras. The Deal: The Dealer Tag started at $28,788.00 for a base model with a slightly upgraded sound system. I did not ask for that it was just the car the salesman chose. * By the way Edmunds .com offers a price tool and this car should start at $25,500.00 * They offered a decent amount for my trade and Dodge has $2000.00 in incentives which seemed to never factor in until I understood that the deal was based on three other money makers ( and extras / fees ) for the Dealership. Gap insurance ($899.00), The Protector interior and exterior protection ($999.00) and a upgraded warranty ($1620.00). A total of $3518.00 plus $2,152 in other fees addressed below. Courtesy's additional fees: Pulse Braking Tech. This is a $356.00 add-on which really is a small electronic device that retails for under $10.00 on the internet. All it does is make the upper parking brake light blink. Nitrogen 2 years owner care for $99.00 which was not explained. I assume when you bring your car in this is to cover the possible loss of nitrogen in a tire rotation or keep the proper pressure up. A pre delivery free added to your invoice at $699 and a Destination charge of $995.00 That's $1694.00 just to have the privilege of your vehicle sitting on the lot. GAP insurance is $899.00 but your insurance company can offer you the same thing for $250.00 to $300.00 Extended Warranty $1620.00 for two additional years and 24,000 extra miles. The Protector, a warranty for the interior and exterior of the car $999.00 **** Total $5667.00 **** In closing It's not about how much "car" they can sell you or if the car is perfect or even if you are happy, it's really how much extra that can be added to line the pockets of the dealership. If you want a fair deal AVIOD this place. More

Tony Torres and Brandon Leiss were instrumental with my new purchase (2013 Ram 1500). They were consummate professionals, honest, caring and very customer services oriented. I would recommend my friends to use the dealership and positively applaud Brandon and Tony for their efforts and patience. Their finance department was also (Jim) was very straight forward, honest and even reduced my monthly payment. I also met with Cuff, after my purchase and he too was very helpful. Great team at Brandon Chrysler...popcorn was good too :) Thanks Patrick More
Let's just say, when purchasing a brand new vehicle, it is not pocket change we are dealing with. It can be very stressful at times. A Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 2006 was bought from Courtesy Dodge Jeep Dealer on August 17, 2013 from seller Luis Tiant, who at that time knew all the modifications that the car had. The Sales person Courtesy Dodge Jeep Dealer on August 17, 2013 from seller Luis Tiant, who at that time knew all the modifications that the car had. The Sales person at the moment William Larkey recommended an extended warranty as the car had around 100,000 miles. In September 28, 2013 on our way home from dinner the car turned off on a red light, we went to the side and saw that the timing belt had snapped at that time we called the insurance company (GEICO) and got a tow truck to our apartment, next morning we took the car to NAPA Autocare Center in wish they contacted the warranty of the car, the person from the warranty came, saw the car, and approved the claim knowing all the modifications that the car already had. That first repair the warranty covered and we pay $822.33 of deductible. In October 24, 2013 the car started having problems again, it was grinding on 3rd gear, we took it to AAMCO Transmissions, they contacted the warranty company, the same person came he knew already the car so he approved the claim from this claim he had to pay $175.00 deductible. In January the car started heating up so we thought it was the water pump we bought it and took the car to R Sport LLC so the water pump could be replace, we paid on January 15, 2014 $252.28 for this repair. The next day January 16, 2014 the car overheated again and it was leaking coolant, we didn’t want to take any chances so we took it to NAPA Autocare center so they had a look at it. They called the warranty company at this point the same person came by this time the warranty company person started saying that the car had some illegal modifications, which are the same ones he’s been seeing since day one on the car. He denied the claim, we called the dealer (Courtesy dodge jeep) so they could talk to the warranty and figure why this person was claiming those modifications now and not before. The claimed got approve but they told us that was going to be the last time the warranty covered something, we got the car back by January 31, 2014. In February 08, 2014 on our way from Tampa to Fort Myers the oil light on the car started blinking so we stop at a gas station right out exit 220, checked the oil and everything look good. We got on the I-75 and not even 2 min. in the car locked down it turned off, we had to go to the side. We try to turn it on with no luck, we called the car insurance (State Farm) this was at 4:30 pm they told us a tow truck will be there in 40 to 60 min, 30 min later the tow company called that there truck just had a flat tire and we needed to wait for another one. Tow truck got there at 7:05pm, at this time we decided to take the car to the dealer since it was on exit 224. Today February 17, 2014 the car is still in the dealer there claiming that we did illegal modifications to it witch we didn’t. We fax them a letter from NAPA stating that when we took the car to them the first time the car already had all those modifications. At this point we are frustrated, we haven't been sleeping well or concentrate at work since this is in our minds all the time. We did manage to contact the previous owner and he gave us a list of all those modifications that they were already done when he traded in the car. as for now the general manager saids we are lying. and that my husband put all those illegal parts when we clearly bought the car with those parts..any help will be really appreciated. My daughter and I were out looking for a new car for her. We had been to a few other dealerships and they gave us the run around. When we stopped in at Dodge, I had told her I was NOT buying anything today We had been to a few other dealerships and they gave us the run around. When we stopped in at Dodge, I had told her I was NOT buying anything today and that we would start fresh the following weekend. Ron came out and introduced himself, I still was not interested in dealing he asked if he could just give me the opportunity to talk with him about the car and so on. Knowing I was not ready to buy. I also told him that the car was not for me but for my daughter. What really impressed me was that he included her in all the conversations and asked her if she had any questions. Him acknowledging her and answer all her questions was a bonuse point for me. When she asked him about the safety features of the vehicle he went into detail about them and gave examples to her. He knows this car pretty well. My boyfriend is looking for a new Jeep and I have already told him to go see Ron when he is ready... which will be in a few months! I purchase my Camry from Courtesy Toyota and will continue to do business with Courtesy in the future. Congratulations Ron you got me to buy the car that day and I am glad I did!!! More
