The over the phone price I got from Courtesy was thousands less than my local dealer, so I expected there would be some traditional "extras" thrown in when I picked up the vehicle. The final price was actually $200 less than the phone quote I received. This is, by far, the fairest dealer/dealership I have ever worked with. Considering our financial situation, we were sure we couldn't get a new car. After explaining our situation, Frank showed us a 2012 200 that my wife immediately fell in love with. After just a short period of time, Frank worked the deal and made my wife the happiest she has been in a long time. Frank took his time and made sure we understood everything about the deal and the car itself. When we drove away in our new car, we determined that this was the best dealer we had ever worked with and this is the best car buying experience we have ever had. I certainly wish Frank Diaz nothing but the best as his career progress in his chosed field. Frank can only be considered an asset to Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Brandon. Of particular note, Frank was training a Ms Kelly McDaniel. She also took the time to explain certain aspects of the car when Frank was getting the deal together. She is also quite knowledgeable in the product and in what she has to do and is not afraid to share this knowledge. I also wish her success in her chosen field. And, the person I feel made this possible for me was my salesman, Mike Dunlap. From the first moment that I called the dealership, he was absolutely wonderful. He actually took the time to listen to me and knew exactly what I wanted. Mike is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman that I have ever met. He even took the time to go over everything ( in detail) there was to know about my new Jeep Liberty and made sure I was comfortable with it. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. I would also like to say that the rest of the staff at this Courtesy dealership was is very friendly and just made the whole experience a very good one for me and my family. My fiancé and I had been looking at dealerships around the greater Tampa area for a used minivan and could not find one that met our needs. When we looked upon the Courtesy Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge webs around the greater Tampa area for a used minivan and could not find one that met our needs. When we looked upon the Courtesy Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge website, we found two minivans that we really liked. We called late in the evening when most dealerships were closing and we spoke with the Internet Sales Manager, Shawn Kelly. Shawn went outside to confirm that they still had the vans and about ten minutes later, he confirmed that the dealership still had both on the lot. We spoke on the phone for a little while and I explained to him that we didn't want to waste his or our time because of our financial situation. Shawn explained to me not to worry about that and to come in and see if liked the vans. We arranged to come in the following day to meet with him and look at the vans. We visited the dealership the following day and were greeted promptly by Shawn. He was very knowledgeable on the two different vehicles and was very interested in the vehicle that we were looking for and our needs with it. We quickly took a test drive on a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan. During the test drive and upon our return, we continued talking with him and it seemed like talking with old friends. We went inside with Shawn and continued to work on the financing. Shawn did not play any tricks on us, did not try to make any sneaky deals, and did not try to take advantage of us… Shawn did the total opposite and was an outstanding salesman who got us the vehicle that we wanted for a phenomenal price!!! Shawn made our signing of all documents for the deal very simple and we never felt any high pressure for the sale at all. Shawn is really a great person and valued as a couple, not just another in & out customer. Shawn proved to us what sales and customer service is really about... It's about having a relationship between people and not just selling the vehicle and kicking them out & down the road. The dealership gave us a great deal and the paperwork was the easiest and most painless ever. While waiting on the finance department to finish up the legal paperwork, Shawn went out of the way and made us feel as if we were at home and got us a drink and snack and he treated us like we were his own family and I really liked that. Shawn went above and beyond any other salesman I've ever dealt with his customer service skills and he should be reward more than just a commission!!! Needless to say, our experience was excellent… I would definitely recommend my family and friends to them and would highly recommend Shawn as the salesman to meet and deal with!!! took our 2008 in for routine service. Made an inquirey about 2011's. Met Brain Satterfield and he and associates work hard for 3 days to find a van that had the options we wanted. after test drives and d about 2011's.
