I just purchased a 2012 black 300, Frank took around 30 minutes to show me all the features of the new car. I owned a 2010 300 for 2 years, there were all these new additions to the vehicle. I hate buying a new car, takes forever and is emotionally draining. Until now. We were very limited on time and only had a few hours to complete the deal. I have been a long time Jeep owner and was on my forth Wrangler. After multiple problems with a 2011 Jeep and working with the BBB and regional Mangers for Chrysler they could not resolve the problem. Onc Wrangler. After multiple problems with a 2011 Jeep and working with the BBB and regional Mangers for Chrysler they could not resolve the problem. Once again my Jeep ended up in the service department with the same problem. After making a comment to the service Manager Chris Duncan about just buying it back so I can purchase another car from a different manufacuter. Chris promtly said "Let me work on that." I was completely shocked. After a conversation with one of the Sales Manager, Trent, they said please come in and let us make this right. Courtesy assigned me a sales team, Frank Diaz and Robert Catlin. Not only did they pay off my 2011 Sahara but above and beyond to put me in a nicer 2012 Wrangler for the same price. I have never had a sales experience like the one I experienced at Courtesy Jeep. They went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasn't their responsibility and made it more than right. Excellent dealership that is extremely military friendly and by far the best purchase experience I have ever had at any dealership. I was convinced I would never own another Jeep but I will use Courtesy Jeep for as long as I am stationed in Tampa. More
