When we took our car home we noticed that there was something wrong with the computer This has been the best experience I have ever has buying a car. When we took our car home we noticed that there was something wrong with the computer because the was a line running from top to bottom. We thought we were going to be stuck with it because we did not want the computer fixed because we knew that by doing this it might cause more issues. So when we walked in we told them we wanted a different car that was brand new just like this one. We were told they will be taking care of us and they sure did. They went far and beyond to find us a car and they sure did. They did whatever it took to keep us happy and they accomplished every bit of it. We are extremely happy with the outcome of everything. Shawn Kelly in finance was there to inform me that there was a sizeable Chrysler cash back for the car, and grinned from ear to ear. What a nice guy. I signed all the papers and Eric tied a balloon on my car as a surprise after all the paperwork was signed and I was ready to drive this new baby home. Everyone was so nice I actually sent a coworker there the following week and he bought the minivan he'd been looking at. Definitely a great experience and not only would I... Friendly, Professional Service from Start to Finish! My husband and I needed a vehicle to tow a travel trailer that we recently purchased. Initially we explored a new vehicle purchase ... then decided t My husband and I needed a vehicle to tow a travel trailer that we recently purchased. Initially we explored a new vehicle purchase ... then decided that a certified used vehicle would work just as well. There was absolutely no pressure into buying a new vs. used SUV. Ryan Dull and I exchanged several emails about the type of vehicle we wanted, and, when we showed up for our appointment, Ryan showed us the two vehicles I had selected; and then, he showed us a 2011 Jeep Liberty that had just been traded in. It was better than the vehicles that Ryan and I had emailed about ... Ryan took our list of "wants" and matched us to the perfect SUV. On to the finance process ... because we had a restaurant that closed, our credit was poor. The finance team, and Antonino Gargiulo, worked diligently to find the financing. They treated us with respect and courtesy through the entire process ... and secured our financing with a major lender, at very reasonable terms, so that we could not only purchase the Jeep, but also rebuild our credit. We did spend a little bit of time at the dealership, but, Bill kept the fresh popcorn flowing, and Ryan kept us hydrated. Overall, it was a very easy and enjoyable experience ... we will definitely return for our next vehicle purchase, and, I would recommend Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge to all who wish to purchase a vehicle!
