Our family traveled a long way in hopes of purchasing a car we had found online from this dealership. First we were handed off to 2 different guys then who we spoke to on the phone and then followed by peo car we had found online from this dealership. First we were handed off to 2 different guys then who we spoke to on the phone and then followed by people we were never introduced to (like they were teaching on the job).In addition after going in and very specifically telling them our price range they took more then 3 hours of our time to talk us into cars they had already sold (but were still in their inventory online) for an end result being a car that was more then $7000 out of our budget. The management was even more unprofessional then the actual sales guy and when we declined the outrageous offer he wouldn't even shake our hand or get up to tell us goodbye. Silly us thought their "guarantee" for us to leave in a vehicle was going to be realistically handled but instead we were given the go around and wasted the majority of a day. Maybe a place for someone single and willing to pay WAY more then they have. Absolutely not a place to buy a family vehicle or be handled with class. More
Dealing with Ryan Dull and Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Brandon was a breath of fresh air while walking through the park. Ryan was in no way pushy or aggressive in his sales. I found him to be friendly, attentive, honest and earnest. I have bought 2 cars from Ryan and would gladly buy more. Ryan keeps you in the loop without being over cumbersome throughout the whole sales process. He went out of his way to give "tutorials" on the workings of my Jeep, which I have never experienced with any other dealership. If you want a salesman that will go for bat for you and not just look out for his own concerns, then I highly recommend seeking out Ryan Dull, he'll give you the best he has, and if for some reason, things don't go how you want, he'll be honest with you about it and find a work around. To Ryan, the customer happiness and satisfaction truly does come before the bottom line. More
Brought our Jeep in for oil change and looked around their new inventory while waiting. Decided to test drive the 2013 Dodge Dart. Liked it. I did not purchase a vehicle yet from Frank but, I was so impressed with his service that I had my parents come from Georgia to purchase a Dodge Journey. My parents purchased their car at the end of January and could not be happier with the service Frank provided and in my mother’s words, "the car drives like a dream.” If you are looking for a new Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep I would definitely recommend seeing Frank Diaz at Courtesy. In 35 years of car buying experience, this was my best experience ever. Frank and others really bent over backwards to make sure they earned my business. dealership is very pushy and yet their OTD pricing is not very good. Although their person who swears he knows what the auctions will pay for a particular vehicle he is even insistent when he is negotiating very good. I finally went to another dealership when i could not negotiate the final $500 with courtesy. Boy am i glad I did. not only did i get $3000 more for my trade, but i was able to even upgrade the vehicle to top of line 2012 200S but paid less than the OTD price from Courtesy for a 2011 limited (1 level down from the S) More
We had done business for years with another dealership. This time we shopped price. Apples for apples, Brian beat other’s prices, including the dealership with which we had done business with for years. This time we shopped price. That dealership tried to instill fear in us, telling us that Brian would not keep the deal when we met in person. Brian assured us over the phone that if we had been honest with him about our trade in, that the deal would go down just as promised. He said, he could not give us the “warm fuzzies” over the phone that we were looking for, but that he would be true to his word if we had been honest with him. Once we met with Brian all the fear that the other dealership had tried to put in us melted away as the deal went down not only as Brian had told us it would, but actually even a little better. Brian was professional, courteous, and honest. He is definitely a man of integrity and we feel he would never try the tricks our long time dealer did. The first dealer should be ashamed trying to persuade us through fear to keep our business with them. We cannot say enough nice things about how Brian walked our mother through the buying process and patiently explained the features of her new vehicle to her. If you are looking for a new car, Brian is with whom you wish to deal, even if it takes you a few hours to get there. We passed many dealerships in our two-hour ride to the dealership, but in the end it was time well spent. More
Ryan is an honest, straight forward salesman, which you dont usually see these days.
