Worst service I've had at a dealership! I've owned a lot of vehicles over the years as we all have and have been to a lot of dealerships for service work. The lies and second class treatment I received here are by far the worst I've ever had. It started when I bought my charger. I was never warned about the leaky (I'm guessing after market)sunroof. By the time I realized it was leaking it had ruined the top interior of my car and started to smell like mold. When I brought the vehicle in I was told my platinum extended warranty only covers mechanical issues in sunroofs. Apparently not closing all the way is not a mechanical problem?? When I bought the car I was promised a one time free detail at the time of my choosing. I chose to ask for it the second time I was in for a service issue. The service manager Angelo tells me the dealership no longer details ANY vehicles, which is odd since they take trade ins daily. He says they'll wash and vacuum the best they can. I picked up my car 3 days later ,after an engine and ac fix, only to find out not only did they not wash or vacuum the car but it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Random objects from glovebox and dash laying in backseat and grease all over my dash and stick shift. Promising things to get people to buy cars and not following through?? Hiding issues with the vehicle? Lying? Sounds like a shady resale lot at best! If I know Florida businesses, and I think I do, they will not even attempt to turn this review around..... Sad! Awesome Car Buying Experience! I first found the vehicle I was interested in on Courtesy's website. I sent an email requesting information and within hours I got a response from Dav I first found the vehicle I was interested in on Courtesy's website. I sent an email requesting information and within hours I got a response from David Montes-the Internet Sales Manager and his assistance Grace. My husband and I went to the dealership and met with David he was great! No sales pressure-no pushy sales talk...he listed to what I wanted, took us for a test drive and within no time we were driving off in my new Jeep! Kudos also to Brandon Leiss-the Business Manager- who completed our sale very quickly and professionally, Brandon did not try to push a lot of 'extras' on us, fully explained all the paperwork and was just an overall pleasant guy! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a great vehicle AND a no hassle, no pressure buying experience to visit Courtesy Jeep Dodge Ram of Brandon! More
Worst service department ever Had an appointment for 12:45 PM for check engine light (second time). Arrived at 12:20 Sevice Manager tells me they are booked and can not tell me when will be done if at all that same day. When I booked my service appointment I was asked if I was going to wait and I said yes. So waste of time and money driving to and from the dealer because at the end, they didn't know when they could take my car for service and offer to reschedule, why take appointment then?. Reschedule for what ? They do not honor previous appointment schedules and customers time does not means squat to any service member. 7 out 10 times i go to this place for service is some issue. And the wait times are insane. So if are forced to take your car here and wait good luck to you. Else stay away. Will not buy any more Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in the future since the service is horrendous. The nearest Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer for me is 40 minutes away. Seem like all service managers at this place have the same attitude. They can care less about customer satisfaction. I am forced on this review to select a name of an employee. So I will pick anyone from the Other category. But i did not dealt with any of them. Note there is no Service employee list. You wonder why. More
Untrustworthy I was out of town in Brandon. My dodge ram developed "the death wobble" in the steering. I took it to these guys, waited 45 minutes for help at the se I was out of town in Brandon. My dodge ram developed "the death wobble" in the steering. I took it to these guys, waited 45 minutes for help at the service desk & explained the problem. I left the truck. Three days later they called saying the needed to replace the entire steering assembly, everything at the mere cost of $5,500. Obviously the mechanic couldn't diagnose the cause of the problem so he thought he would play it safe & replace EVERYTHING. I drove the truck home the 600 plus miles not exceeding 65 mph ( very hard thing for me to do) and took the truck to my local, trusted mechanics. The repair & fix cost me $1300. $4200 less. These guys are real pro's. I think their motto is CYA. May be expensive to consumer but you don't really need to be a mechanic, just a fitter. They also wanted me to pay them for the diagnosis. I refused as I had never agreed to pay that & it was never mentioned So the GM asked me to call him in his response, which I did. I ended being asked my name which he probably didn't know then after 10 minutes on hold he wasn't there for me. Could have predicted that........... More

No honesty Mr Shawn Kelly is not an honest man!! We bought a car back in 2014 and was told we where buying a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Had to take the Mr Shawn Kelly is not an honest man!! We bought a car back in 2014 and was told we where buying a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Had to take the car in because my air bag light came on and guess what.... That part is not covered!! Called the warranty company and was told they don't even offer a bumper to bumper package.... Well that is not what Shawn told us at all at all!!! I will never buy another car from this dealer... Very upset right now. More
Best Dealer Service Experience EVER!!!! I had issues with my "check engine" light. It took a couple of visits to narrow down the problem (I understand the emissions system sometimes takes m I had issues with my "check engine" light. It took a couple of visits to narrow down the problem (I understand the emissions system sometimes takes more than one check to determine what is or is not a problem.) Robbie was extremely helpful with coordinating the service. Since the service was going take awhile (parts had to be ordered) Robbie offered a loner car as I live in the country and did not have a ride home. Of course, being no fool I took the loaner. Robbie called me the next morning telling me my car was ready. I only waited a few minutes and he pulled it under the cover because my car was raining When I started my Compass there was no engine light! yippee! Robbie told me to call him immediately if it comes on again. It's been 2 weeks and my baby is still happy and reliably running me up and down the road. Thank you Robbie and Courtesy Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Ram for what could have been a painful experience very pleasant. I'm running out of adjectives... More

He was understanding of our specific needs and wishes. he went above and beyond the call of duty. sitting with us in the car for over an hour demonstrating all the options. BUT!!!!.... today, when we came in to close the deal, was his day off. And disaster struck. The salesman placed with us to finish the transaction was attentive and courteous and got the paperwork started then told us that we would have to wait for the finance man. So we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for 45 minutes before I determined to take action. I asked who the manager was, and behold he was the one who was sitting right behind us. Completely oblivious to what was happening right in front of him. When I approached him he told me there was only 1 finance manager there and I would have to wait a little longer. meanwhile I was getting angry and inventive. I stood up and started complaining about the wait for all to hear. Oh! Did I mention he held a sales meeting while we were waiting!!! When it was over I told him it was his job to see that the store was properly staffed to accommodate customers. Then I told him since I was having to wait he would wait with me. He told me I was going about this the wrong way. I informed him the right way was ineffective. I told him I was leaving the sale is off. By now everyone in the showroom was aware what was happening and several salesmen tried to appease me and get another finance man online. In the nic of time we were ushered into an office and the sale was completed. I never saw a name tag on this professed manager so I don't know his name, but he is a total disaster at customer relations and should be moved to a position where the public never sees him. Of course if I were in charge he would be summarily dismissed. Dealership is a loser while he is on the floor. I see a name below here of John Ellithorp (Management) He may be the problem!! Note: My salesman Rey and the salesman who helped me today are listed. Ellithrop probably made that list and doesn't know they work for him!!!!! More

We had been working this deal back and forth for about a week so they knew we were planning to purchase this car. We were told we would get the car the next day on Saturday afternoon them told Saturday night and then Sunday and so on by the time I got the car it was Tuesday afternoon. As soon as I left the car was making a funny noise, we realized the air filter was rigged up by zip ties and was smacking the front of the car. Returned car to service Thursday was told to come back the next Thursday to put threw service. Needless to say this has been the worst car buying experience ever. How do u let someone leave with a certified car that just went threw service like that. I could go on and on even more after waiting for hours today. Jared did a great job with the sale. The rest was a joke. All the time and expense it took driving back and forth so much was not worth it. More
