First time buying a new car, went to Honda first but they were very rigid, cold and dull felt like I was being talked into buying something. He was relatable and nice and felt like more of a friend then a typical persistent annoying salesperson. He knew his stuff and was humorous as well would definitely recommend him and the dealership for anyone who doesn't want the stereotype sales experience. More

I was involved in a auto accident on 1/3/14 near where I reside(Punta Gorda,Fl-Charlotte County). It was another driver that fell asleep and ran 2 red lights and slammed into my vehicle and another in the lane next to me. I had just purchased a beautiful hyundai tuscon limited a year and a few months earlier- it was totaled. The best thing out of this all is that I along with my passenger were spared other more serious injuries due to wearing our seatbelts and the airbags that deployed. My passenger and I both suffered neck and back injuries that to this day we are still seeking physical therapy and orthopedic assistance to remedy. I have been overwhelmed with the "accident process"- the loss of vehicle, the crazy phone calls all day long, the workmens comp process(as this occurred while I was working), the limitations I have had on my job due to the injuries, the hastles from insurance companies, inept people everywhere and of course the endless hours looking for a replacement vehicle. I had reached out to the dealership internet website in an email to inquire about the availability of a vehicle or two. There was an immediate response from Jeff Marks. He followed up through emails and phone calls and due to my work load, I had my husband intervene and ended up making the call to Jeff that we would be interested in seeing a vehicle and would be heading up that way on Sunday, January 26th- today! We had already made long drives to this area, to Bradenton, Sarasota, Clearwater, and Ft Myers. We had some great offers from another dealership but liked some components of the Equinox and really appreciated the professional demeanor and follow through of Jeff Marks. There was a combined effort of the above mentioned folks to make our purchase happen today. I had a figure in my head for a monthly payment and it is what I needed to stick to. Through much number crunching and compromising from all parties and a SUPER thorough review of choices and money down options and warranty's available by Jim O'Neil we struck a figure and it stuck! My husband and I are most appreciative of the initial immediate response and follow through from Jeff which got us to the dealership in the first place. The team effort to support everyone's best interests and Jim bringing it all together was fabulous. Jeff also insured some touch ups were taken care of with the vehicle and spent a good amount of time reviewing the interior workings of the vehicle as well. Kudos to this team!!! The exhausting efforts in searching the car sales internet, having long days driving and searching, and the frustrations of cars being sold before we could see or numbers just not coming together.......it was all worth it for the service we received today. We were recently in an accident in which our 1991 Jeep Wrangler was totaled. We dreaded the "car-buying" experience as it's been quite some time since we've purchased a "new" vehicle. Ralph was recommended to us by another salesman that we had just visited at another dealership. When we arrived @ Courtesy Jeep, Ralph was the MOST pleasant and relaxed sales representative we've ever had. He was GREAT to work with. We didn't feel pressured at all to purchase a vehicle and whatever we wanted to see, he accommodated us. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly, accommodating and relaxed. We really enjoyed the experience and were able to walk away with a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. We really appreciate Ralph and when my 2006 Buick Terraza goes, Ralph will be the first person I call for a new/used vehicle!!! The best car dealership I have worked with. Everyone was helpful without making you feel like you were being assaulted by car salesmen. They went out of their way to bring in a vehicle from another dealer w helpful without making you feel like you were being assaulted by car salesmen. They went out of their way to bring in a vehicle from another dealer without pressuring me to buy but allowing me to see in person what we thought we wanted. We all have to make a dollar and simple negotiations and research on my part provided us with the Jeep of our choice at an excellent fair price. I haven't recommended a dealership before though this is my seventh involvement with a new car purchase. Hopefully they will continue to earn my praise. Thanks to Jeff Marks and Courtesy. More

We purchased a new Chrysler Town & Country on Jan. 14, 2014. Our sales associate was Carl Johnson. We told him that we were loyal customers to Courtesy Chrysler, we weren't interested in playing game 14, 2014. Our sales associate was Carl Johnson. We told him that we were loyal customers to Courtesy Chrysler, we weren't interested in playing games, and we wanted the best price that he could give us. Carl was attentive, friendly, and knew the answers to all of our questions on the spot. We walked away, for the 1st time, feeling that an associate had listened to us and our needs, and he delivered 100%, the vehicle that would best serve our needs and for the best price he could get. Words can't describe how incredible this dealership is. I actually had fun selecting my truck, enjoyed talking numbers and really felt that this was a team effort. Not one person in this dealer is less than perfect. Maybe if these guys would train other dealers, people would get over that whole stigma that car salesman are just trying to make a sale at any cost. Even after accepting my offer on the vehicle, they insisted to take it through the shop to make sure it was safe and qualifies to sell from their dealer. I agreed and at their expense they replaced the tires, made a spare key, changed the oil, performed an alignment and much more. I felt like a king when I took delivery of the truck. It was fully detailed well over what I expected and felt new after the service department gave it life again. Thank You Very much and I can't wait to do business again!!!!! More
