Spoke with Shawn about getting two recalls taken care of before Thanksgiving. No guarantee was given on time, but my Ram 1500 was dropped off 11/24/24 and did not receive a service recommendation until 11/2 before Thanksgiving. No guarantee was given on time, but my Ram 1500 was dropped off 11/24/24 and did not receive a service recommendation until 11/29/24 and it did not contain a time line for completion. Multiple calls, messages and emails went unanswered and trying to contact a live person was ridiculously impossible. Finally around 12/13/24 Steven, related new information about completion with more recommendations of service also. Eventually my vehicle was completed and picked up 12/20/24. However the UConnect is still not usable. More

Appointment at 9 for a recall that was supposed to be 1 to 1.5 hours. No parts needed. No one called me. I called at 2. Had to leave a voicemail. No one called back. I called back at 3:30. No one answered to 1.5 hours. No parts needed. No one called me. I called at 2. Had to leave a voicemail. No one called back. I called back at 3:30. No one answered again. Wanted me to leave another voicemail. I called back & picked operator instead of service department. Did not answer. I called back was put on hold after explaining my situation to operator. Operator checked & said my truck has been ready. Drove there with my husband & waited 45 minutes to get possession of our vehicle. I could hear the service phone ringing & no one answering it. Everyone was nice but not efficient. More
Service dept customer service has really gone downhill. The service person the system scheduled me with (Bill) was not in at the time of my appointment and I had to wait 20 minutes for another service pers The service person the system scheduled me with (Bill) was not in at the time of my appointment and I had to wait 20 minutes for another service person to check me in. When my car was ready, Bill told me my car was in one place but it was not there. I had to wandering around the service lot to find it. I had also asked about the battery check that I asked for and Bill just gave me the yeah it’s fine without looking at the paperwork. I could also tell he was just answering without finding out what the concern was. Definitely be going to another dealership in the future for service. More
