Waiting months for the part is already frustrating, but to add to that, not being notified when your vehicle was ready, finding your truck wasn’t washed as promised, and discovering a broken wiper blade is unacceptable. On top of that, having a check engine light come on immediately after service, paired with an inability to reach your service advisor, only worsens the situation.
