My vehicle has been there 4 of the last 12 months, they had it for 3 months, got it back for 5 weeks and now its been there since Dec 20th 2024. 16 days since last update, they never answer the phone, don' had it for 3 months, got it back for 5 weeks and now its been there since Dec 20th 2024. 16 days since last update, they never answer the phone, don't call you back or if your lucky maybe an email. Paid an extra $100 to have it towed back there. Do not waste your time or money, go somewhere else or get a lawyer. More

The copy provided of the sales contract was not signed and missing pages. I’ve called and left 4 messages and emailed and still haven’t heard back from a finance manager. They told us Ally financial financed me and my son and Ally said they didn’t. We have no idea who financed us or when payment is due. Very unprofessional to not return my calls or send me a copy of the sales contract signed with all pages. I’m very disappointed. More

Been waiting on my High pressure fuel pump recall part since April. Wasn’t notified when the truck was done four days later. I had to follow up to check on it and it had already been complete. Picked it up and the truck didn’t get washed as it was supposed to. Drivers windshield wiper blade was broken, which I had just replaced six months ago. On the way home my check engine light comes on and is throwing an exhaust particulate sensor code. Called the dealership six times over two days to let them know and have never been able to get in touch with my service advisor. More
