Bob, It was expected that your dealership would at least resolve the issue ( factory flawed paint ) but I still lost over a $1700.00. on the deal ( Loss of Warranty and dealer cost of paperwork? ). This whole process has wasted 10 hours of my time added tons of aggrivation to my life and pretty much killed the whole " I'm happy to have a new car feeling". I spent for of those hours at your dealership "resolving" the issue in the exchange for another car. The staff could not even clean the car properly I at least appreciate the "hose off" of the vehicle getting rid of the pollen and leaves packed into the hood and trunk areas.. As of last week I was called about a tag issue where again the staff did not transfer my tag but said I needed to get a temporary one. After two calls, I never got a call back to see if it was transferred or not. Again just another issue to deal with. I'm just tired of the c##p.
