Great Until I Found Out My Tire Had A Sidewall Plug I had a good experience purchasing my car. Everyone was friendly and it didn't take long. After my purchase though I kept having to put air in my tire I had a good experience purchasing my car. Everyone was friendly and it didn't take long. After my purchase though I kept having to put air in my tire every few days. I went back to the dealership about one month later to check out what was going on. I'm very busy and work a lot so it was hard to get out there. Upon the service I section they said there was a plug in the side wall of the tire which was just a very temporary fix and also illegal. I bought the car with the plug apparently. Service told me to get in touch with sales and see if there is anything they can do for me. When I told my salesman he then walked off for a few minutes and came back saying there was nothing they could do as the plug wasn't put in there and they "don't have the technology in their inspection to see inside the tire to see plugs/patches". This seems unacceptable especially considering the pervious owner of the car works for the dealership and he was leasing it. I wouldn't recommend a car especially used considering they have an apparent sub-par inspection on tires at the least. Recommend going elsewhere. More

Horrible service department I wouldn't even give them one star if that was an option. Horrible experience! Took my 1 year old Jeep Wrangler to their service department when while I wouldn't even give them one star if that was an option. Horrible experience! Took my 1 year old Jeep Wrangler to their service department when while I was driving at 20mph it the front would shake uncontrollably. They had it all day long on a Friday starting at 7:30am. When my fiancé and I went to pick it up at 5pm we were told there was nothing wrong after they "drove it around" implying that they never even lifted it up to actually take a look under the jeep. The service rep Savannah never even went over the paperwork that supposedly said what they did and told us all she could see was that our tire was wearing down on the one side and needed air. Which by the way I did look at that same paperwork that said they checked the tires and oddly enough on their our tire pressure in all four tires were good. She also told me that basically we would have to wait until it screwed up my jeep for them to be able to do anything. Well not even a week later my fiancé was stranded on the side of the road for 3.5 hours with a broken drive shaft... But there was nothing wrong with me jeep right Savannah? The entire time I felt like we were being treated rudely and that they couldn't wait for us to leave. We will NEVER ever take our jeep back to Courtesy I'll drive further just for better service. This place is a joke. More

Poor customer service! This is my first time giving a review to a dealership. I had a horrible experience since I walked in through the doors, and I am really SORRY FOR MY L This is my first time giving a review to a dealership. I had a horrible experience since I walked in through the doors, and I am really SORRY FOR MY LANGUAGE, BUT I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! I have never had an experience like this one out of all the times that I have been into dealerships. DO NOT GO THERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!! I am still having issues with them after 4 or 5 months that I bought the car. The sales manager lying his xxx off like if it was my first time buying cars, I hate it when they try to be smart, and you know how they work. He was pretending that everything was fine all the time, when it was not. He then sent me to a finance person who was new and did not know xxxx about what he was doing, and said "Oh, he is the best at this, you guys are going to be okay". The finance guy made so many mistakes since he started the paperwork, it was really really horrible, even the old finance manager had to come and help him because he did not know anything. Everything was a nightmare with them, but that did not ended there. The car after a few days started to have problems, and it was a pain in the xxx to try to get them to fix it because of their so "busy schedule" and their bad customer service, thank god the car had warranty left so I took it to the actual manufacturer dealership for them to fix it. In addition, white trying to get it fixed with them, they did not want to give us a loaner car, I mean, who the xxxx does that? I bought it from your dealer, I have a 30 day warranty from you guys, and you are making it difficult to fix the car and to give us a loaner car? Seriously? but that did not ended there. I had to go back because they made mistakes on some of the papers. It took them like 2 months to give us the license plate because the finance guy forgot to submit the papers. I am currently having problems because also the guy made some mistakes when submitting some warranties that I bought from them, he had it on the paper in some way, and submitted it in another way, so I am having problems with those people from the warranty that I bought because it does not show in the system what I have on the papers that I signed. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible, you call them to talk to a specific person, and that person is never in the office, you leave a voicemail for them to call you back, guess what? It never happens! and I am currently in that situation with the new finance manager. They always tell you SURE, YEAH, WE ARE GOING TO GET IT FIXED FOR YOU, WE WILL CONTACT YOU, well, guess what? IT NEVER HAPPENS. Really bad customer service!!! I would never ever ever go there to purchase a car. I am still waiting for the new finance manager to call me back since Monday, when he said that he was going to fixed my issue, probably never did, and that is why he is avoiding me! Furthermore, they are all over the place, they miss inform you all the time, one person tells you one thing, and another person tells you another, and then at the end of the day, it is done in a different way. They never tell you how things are straight up because they do not know anything period. AGAIN, DO NOT GO THERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!! I have been there so many times to fix different kind of problems with the paperwork, or with the warranty, etc., there is always a reason for me to go there because all the xxxxty work and the mistakes that they did when I purchased the vehicle that. I have lost count of how many times I have been there. Once again I am really sorry for my language, but it is not fair for us "the customers"; something needs to be done. More
