I bought both the extende 4 yr full service warranty and the interior / exterior coverage (that I was told would cover dings and dints to the exterior (the only reason I bought it)) but after first ding I was told nope. Ok that sucks but lesson learned. Now 2 weeks after it was just serviced for its 3ooo mile service, Tha car will not start. I though not a problem I would charge it and bring it to dealer to see what they could do. I opened the hood and found the cap to my oil sitting by the latch. Not cool. Car would not start even after charge so called road side and an hour later then they said they would be there the showed up. Got to the shop they tell me that the battery is covered if it is the problem. Then said they were real busy and booked out a week or two??? Not sure what that means for me but then asked if I needed a ride somewhere or if I had a ride. Ya it is out in your lot and will not start!!! No response from them about oil cap and decided they could have a hour to check it until I go to higher ups. Guess if you really do not need your car this is ok but I need mine. So stupid me for paying for extra warranty when they do not even let you use the normal warranty. Not sure but o will not be a repeat buyer from here. Best of luck for those that buy from here after reading this. More
Always go above and beyond! I first purchased a vehicle from Courtesy CJDR in December 2014 as a gift. Unfortunately, I had a hugely complicated situation come up a few months la I first purchased a vehicle from Courtesy CJDR in December 2014 as a gift. Unfortunately, I had a hugely complicated situation come up a few months later and I had to go back to them to figure out what to do with this brand new vehicle without ruining my credit with a repossession. I was able to trade in both the Jeep that was only in my name and the vehicle I had purchased jointly (a Mazda) about a year prior. They put me in a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited, doing all they could to make sure my credit would not be jeopardized and making sure I had the burden of two car loans off my credit report so that I could begin to rebuild my credit to how it used to be. They took care of me from the start in December, and helped me again now. Michael Kelley, my salesman, went above and beyond when I first bought the surprise Jeep, coming in on CHRISTMAS EVE to help me give the car to my husband, and Robert Plaza, one of the managers, made sure both then and now that my deals went through smoothly. My finance clerk Jim was also incredible, helping me get the protection I needed included in the payment that Mike had quoted me. Thanks to him as well! I couldn't be more satisfied that coming out of my current circumstance, I have a reliable vehicle that I can depend on for years - but I can guarantee that while these gentleman are around, I will be a customer for life. Hopefully not until my new Chrysler is paid off! But either way, I will be going back for sure. And I would definitely reccomend this dealership to my friends or family. This was an experience that began nightmarishly, making me think I would have to return one of the vehicles and have my credit negatively affected for years... And thank God they made it worry free. I feel completely taken care of. I appreciate them and the whole staff. I wish I could go to them for servicing as well but they are two hours away from me... And I am willing to make the drive, every time!! They are so worth it! Thank you so much! More

There were some factory paint issues discovered that in many cases I would think would turn into a nightmare for a customer normally. Many thanks to Robert, Trent, Keith, Thomas and Brandon (finance) who all were involved in the situation and who ultimately help me find a satisfactory resolution. Five star service is a rarity these days but these guys get the high marks for making it a great customer experience through a frustrating one nonetheless. The integrity of everyone involved was impeccable and for these reasons they get this 5- star rating thank you! Not everything in life or business goes right but how you handle it when something goes wrong tells a lot about the company and for this reason as well the management team gets a five star rating. I've seen plenty of companies do the wrong thing when something goes wrong and I am super grateful that this was not one of those experiences! More

I was interested in a White Dodge Charger 2015 base model. The true car value price which they didn't honor was $24,800 from their dealership. I don't know what my APR was cause they don't tell you that but they wanted to charge me $36,280 with everything said and done. Yes I was trading in a car which they valued without looking at a 2013 Honda Accord with 9,600 miles they offered $16,500 I think. I owe $21k on the car. I wasn't going to play their game my offer total was $31,240 which even with int. is more then fair. Now be careful they use every trick in the book. One was questioning if I enjoy life since I wouldn't budge on my budget. Honestly so if I don't have your car life would suck? Also with their final offer they come back saying we got a deal for $2 more dollars a day. Over the life of the loan that $2 per day $5,040. Now with the number that I wanted to pay they said they would lose $2,000. So since your going to "lose" $2,000 you want to charge me $3,040 more? Fact is they play the how much can you afford game. Not once did we go over price of car or trade in value. So if you go to this crooked dealership DO YOUR HOME WORK. They will try to do what ever it takes to get you to pay more. They will not tell you your APR, amount of car amount of trade in. Heck they didn't even give me my credit score "they told me what it was". My offer was maybe a little off but it wasn't $5,000 off. Since they could not take advantage of me emotionally to buy the car they did not want to deal with me. There initial offer was $39680 and there final was only 3k off on a car that was $24,800. I advise to stay away this isn't the first time I've dealt with the dealership different sales person same non-sense!! Please for REAL reviews google Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa. Fantastic experience I went in this past weekend to just look for a new car. I met Ralph as I got out of my car. I have never had such a good experience at a dealership until I went to courtesy. Ralph was great. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. He went out of his way to make sure that all of my questions were answered and then I walked out of the dealership with the car that I wanted. He is by far The best salesman that I have ever dealt with. Anybody that's looking to buy a jeep I will recommend to go to courtesy and to ask for Ralph. I ended up walking out with a brand-new 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee and I couldn't be happier. He even met me there the next day after I bought the car on his day off to make sure that I had no further questions or needed any more help when I was dropping off paperwork. His customer service blew me away. More
