Horrible Experience. Try to take advantage of you! My wife and her sister came here to purchase 2 vehicles together. The asked me to come in with them because they didn't want to be taken advantage of My wife and her sister came here to purchase 2 vehicles together. The asked me to come in with them because they didn't want to be taken advantage of and I'm glad I did. Pricing on arrival was extremely high and magically decreased by almost $4000 on a Cherokee when I showed up. We explained our needs and wants to Russell, our salesman, and we began to try and do business. We went on a test drive and before leaving the lot the gas light came on. The salesman told us numerous times it was fine and we ended up on the side of the highway in 95 degree weather for 30-40 minutes while we waited to be picked up by someone that was only 5 minutes away. Upon return to the dealership we told the salesman what we could afford and he insisted it wasn't possible. Each time we said we were going to leave he came back with a lower price. I ultimately told him we didn't want his or our time wasted if he couldn't get us into the vehicle at that price (had our own financing so this is a reasonable request). To top off he insisted we were talking about the base model 4 or 5 times and during our argument/negotiating and it turned out to be a higher model despite repeated statements I made to verify this was a base model. During negotiations things got a little more heated and the salesman said he was dealing with my wife and not me. Really... At this point the business was out the door on not one vehicle but two. The dealers manager did try to call, but at this point it was too late. A dealership a short drive away gave us the deal we wanted and made it a no hassle experience on top of throwing in extras. This is sadly the short version. I am disgusted by the way some of these places try and take advantage of women! I have bought 2 and assisted with buying approximately 10 vehicles in the past few years so I'm not new to the car buying experience. This sadly happens to be one of the worst experiences I've ever come across. More

Best Buying Experience!- Julius, Hudson FL I already visited 2 dealerships prior but wasn't able to seal a deal because one was offering a monthly payment over my budget and the other, worse, f I already visited 2 dealerships prior but wasn't able to seal a deal because one was offering a monthly payment over my budget and the other, worse, frontlined by some arrogant and unprofessional sales people. With Courtesy, I was directed outright by the receptionist to Chris Chong, my sales specialist who assisted me thru the buying process. Chris, throughout my experience, has maintained complete professional decorum, intelligently gave me answers to my queries and actively listened to my views and thoughts. With Chris' great handling of my background data, he was able to engage Jim O'Neil, the best finance guy there is, to come up with a great financing and available rate possible. With these individuals, I felt I was a person and not just a customer, their honest dealings to get you the best deal was really palpable. They made it possible for me to acquire my 2015 Dodge Challenger, hassle-free. Did I mentioned, I live in Hudson? Oh yes, Chris even was able to set up something for me that way I did not have to come back and pick up my other car I drove to get to their location. Truly, a great if not the best car-buying experience I've had. More
Dishonest (but friendly) I purchased a 2015 RAM from Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge at the beginning of August. They worked very hard to sell me a vehicle, for a good price, and I left the dealership as a happy customer. From the moment I left, they have worked equally hard to ensure I never purchase another vehicle from them. The first group of lies revolved around when they would deliver the vehicle. These ranged from small lies about sending a driver to pick it up (which they didn't, initially), to telling me that it wasn't available and they had to find a different one at a dealership in Georgia (It could be found by VIN # online and was located at the same Georgia dealership the entire time). When the vehicle was delivered, it had the wrong floor mats. This has still not been corrected. Additionally, they failed to transfer the tag which resulted in driving the vehicle with an expired tag until they delivered a second paper tag. Now, nearly 40 days in, and still no tag. They have blamed finance, accounting, the sales guy, the managers, and the bank. None of these issues would have been significant if it wasn't for the dishonesty. More

We looked at all the car lots in the Brandon area for 3 days. We finally returned back to Courtesy Brandon and spoke with Carl for the 2nd day. My son was not exactly sure what he wanted but with Carl's expertise about the vehicles and his patience, we walked over the lot front to back and he even got a car and drove us around looking he finally decided and worked out the deal and he drove his brand new car back to base the next day. I choose to deal with Carl Johnson because of my past experience with him when I bought my Nitro 7 years ago. He is very honest and really goes the extra mile. Because of him me and my family will continue to choose this dealership before any others. More
Had a great experience! Walked in the dealership and was immediately greeted at the door by Frank Diaz. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. Three hours later I was driving home in my new Durango. Jim O'Neil got me an excellent rate on my loan. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

He sent over a female sales associate who was available to assist us. I guess we should have waited for someone else as I can't imagine all your associates are this bad. We were greeted and within the first 5 minutes were told by this female associate she needed to educate us on the way things worked on her corporate owned lot. She went on to explain that unless you have a 750 or above credit score you would not be approved for a used vehicle on her lot. I of course was instantly insulted and turned off by her rude and unprofessional manner. No one deserves to be treated in such a manner. She literally was talking to us like we were five years old.she Had no idea what my credit situation looked like or what car I was interested in...When in sales you sell. You don't discourage customers from looking at used vehicles. I understand she gets paid more for a new car sale however that's not my concern. The last time I checked the finance team handles finance. I doubt you want your sales associates counseling potential customers on how to buy cars and treating them like they are moorons. You've lost my sale as I will visit the dodge dealership in lutz which is 30 minutes away to avoid your dealership. However,if you want to stay in business and build relationships you may want to get rid of this particular associate. We visited on Saturday night around 7:45 she was the only female out on the lot.
