Bought new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited L and two weeks and less than 1000 miles and the car is leaking. Back row damp, second row one seat underneath is soaked in the passenger second row and the drivers and less than 1000 miles and the car is leaking. Back row damp, second row one seat underneath is soaked in the passenger second row and the drivers second row seat is damp on floorboards and under seats. I explained to the sales manager that the meldew/sour milk smell will put my asthma child in the hospital and that it's not acceptable. He tried to blame it on me, asking if I left my sunroof and windows down in the rain 🙄 and then stated that "Chrysler had a lot of money". I told Joey that I was already advised to go to the dealership to have them remedy it first by either replacement of the vehicle or a refund and he suggested I by pass that and go after Chrysler, and trust me they will pay because their has been multiple TBS on all generations with leaking issues after rains, but manager Joey stated "he's never seen this problem". 55k on a vehicle with less than 1000 miles and less then 2 weeks since it was sold to me and a major leak like that after a rain is NOT acceptable. I want my money back because no matter how much you clean a carpet, those smells and hazards in the air cabin do not go away. I don't want a loaner car because I JUST bought this one and when there is no sign of water anywhere but the floorboards in the second row and third with the front floorboards dry as a whistle then you can't blame it on me. The reason my lane assist wasn't working properly on Friday when it was storming, and my sales rep. couldn't figure out why it wasn't on and working even though I had it on is probably because of the water that's getting inside. The parking break turned on when I stopped that day and other malfunctioning with the equipment. The front area is dry but the back flooring is not. More
I give their sales team 5 stars, but from that point forward, I'd say 1 is generous. We've bought 5 cars from a Courtesy dealership and this last one takes the cake! It's been 30 days and the car we traded in has yet to be paid off. We now have a 30day late on our credit and have been placated by their accounting department one to many times. The check finally went out today (after at least 5 calls and promises of payment) DO BETTER!! There are many choices when buying a car and from the looks of other comments, this is the last place people should make a major purchase. ADDED: this is ONLY about the accounting department 1/5 is quite generous! sales...5/5 More

We drove from the Orlando area to get the best overall experience ever at any establishment but this was a car dealership. I am not new to buying cars and from start to finish the salesman Armando, was be experience ever at any establishment but this was a car dealership. He kept in touch with us about the Jeep's arrival and the deal didn't change from what was discussed on the phone. No back and forth with the manager. Honestly have never experienced anything that is what it is. The finance manager and everyone was great! Would definitely recommend this dealership!! More

SALES 5/5 For service 0/5 I bought 2 SUV's Jeep Wrangler 4xe and Jeep Grand Cherokee (from Courtsey) 30 days ago. I was really happy buying the cars. But the 4XE had bunch of issues coming since then which I was fine with first year model. I took it to Courtsey Jeep in Brandon Florida for check up. The service department sucks here. 1) When took my 4XE because of back up camera issue I was told it will take 5 days to fix it and the Courtsey Dealer service agent Mr. JIBIN JOHN provided with loaner grand Cherokee with cloth interior and had dog hair, completely covered in dust and Stinking with left over water bottles in it. 2) When I asked for exchange I was given an option for Renegade/ Cherokee. I don’t expect to drive a 25 thousand dollars car when I own a 60k $ car. I never had an issue like this with any other brands I owned. Mr.Jibin John of courtesy Brandon FL was highly unprofessional they didn’t even bother to give me an explanation on the situation all I got the response from him was "I’m busy right now and I didn’t have my lunch" 3) I never got the response either even when I called the service dept. at Courtesy Jeep always had to drive 45 min just to know the status of car. I was also given document with errors on it when tried to reach I was told to come to dealership and fix it. When I went they sent a document in email and made me sign on email. I don’t understand why can’t they email me when I’m at my home. For sale 5/5 Nick Newberry is a fantastic person to deal with when buying a car. Thanks Nick!! More
Every time I go to this dealership the wait time for anything is so long even if you make a appointment is long. I spend my retirement to buy my wife a 2020 Jeep that she wanted so much and the only person besides the salesman that have been truthful and understanding is the parts department I am waiting for the 2022 to buy another one but I might have to take a drive to find one not here More

We were in the final stages of negotiations on a Jeep Summit and our salesperson (Nick) and the sales manager (Tanajia) were suppose to get back to us. When we finally heard back some 5 hours later, Nick Summit and our salesperson (Nick) and the sales manager (Tanajia) were suppose to get back to us. When we finally heard back some 5 hours later, Nick advised the car was sold to someone else. I've never seen a dealership sell a car out from someone without the courtesy of a call, text, or email to let them know someone else is interested in the vehicle. Perhaps our expectations of professional integrity are too high but ultimately we are glad to see the true colors of how this dealership operates so that we can purchase elsewhere. I would NOT recommend this dealership!! On a side note, Nick was very responsive up until the last day when he ghosted us only to advise the car was sold. I emailed Tanajia twice and once prior to finding out the car was sold and once after and no response at all. More
Steven People's in service is the biggest joke I've ever met. He's rude and will lie right to your face. AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE!!
