Poor customer service! This is my first time giving a review to a dealership. I had a horrible experience since I walked in through the doors, and I am really SORRY FOR MY LANGUAGE, BUT I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! I have never had an experience like this one out of all the times that I have been into dealerships. DO NOT GO THERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!! I am still having issues with them after 4 or 5 months that I bought the car. The sales manager lying his xxx off like if it was my first time buying cars, I hate it when they try to be smart, and you know how they work. He was pretending that everything was fine all the time, when it was not. He then sent me to a finance person who was new and did not know xxxx about what he was doing, and said "Oh, he is the best at this, you guys are going to be okay". The finance guy made so many mistakes since he started the paperwork, it was really really horrible, even the old finance manager had to come and help him because he did not know anything. Everything was a nightmare with them, but that did not ended there. The car after a few days started to have problems, and it was a pain in the xxx to try to get them to fix it because of their so "busy schedule" and their bad customer service, thank god the car had warranty left so I took it to the actual manufacturer dealership for them to fix it. In addition, white trying to get it fixed with them, they did not want to give us a loaner car, I mean, who the xxxx does that? I bought it from your dealer, I have a 30 day warranty from you guys, and you are making it difficult to fix the car and to give us a loaner car? Seriously? but that did not ended there. I had to go back because they made mistakes on some of the papers. It took them like 2 months to give us the license plate because the finance guy forgot to submit the papers. I am currently having problems because also the guy made some mistakes when submitting some warranties that I bought from them, he had it on the paper in some way, and submitted it in another way, so I am having problems with those people from the warranty that I bought because it does not show in the system what I have on the papers that I signed. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible, you call them to talk to a specific person, and that person is never in the office, you leave a voicemail for them to call you back, guess what? It never happens! and I am currently in that situation with the new finance manager. They always tell you SURE, YEAH, WE ARE GOING TO GET IT FIXED FOR YOU, WE WILL CONTACT YOU, well, guess what? IT NEVER HAPPENS. Really bad customer service!!! I would never ever ever go there to purchase a car. I am still waiting for the new finance manager to call me back since Monday, when he said that he was going to fixed my issue, probably never did, and that is why he is avoiding me! Furthermore, they are all over the place, they miss inform you all the time, one person tells you one thing, and another person tells you another, and then at the end of the day, it is done in a different way. They never tell you how things are straight up because they do not know anything period. AGAIN, DO NOT GO THERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!! I have been there so many times to fix different kind of problems with the paperwork, or with the warranty, etc., there is always a reason for me to go there because all the xxxxty work and the mistakes that they did when I purchased the vehicle that. I have lost count of how many times I have been there. Once again I am really sorry for my language, but it is not fair for us "the customers"; something needs to be done. More
Best car buying experience ever! My wife and I arrived at the dealership dreading the process of buying a new car but our old car was well past its prime and this needed to be done. W My wife and I arrived at the dealership dreading the process of buying a new car but our old car was well past its prime and this needed to be done. We were promptly greeted by David Montes and within the first few minutes we realized this wouldn't be the typical car dealership experience. David was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and seemed genuinely concerned that purchased the right vehicle for our needs. We had been to other dealerships looking at similar vehicles but no one else spent this much time with us or seemed to have a much product knowledge as Mr. Montes. When it was all over and done with we got the car that we wanted and were very happy. I might note that we could have actually purchased the exact same vehicle from another dealership for a little less money but David did such a great job we decided the experience was worth a little more. We'll definitely be sending our friends and family to see David Montes! More

Professional, Knowledgeable I went to this dealership thinking I was going to have a long process and rude salespeople and I was totally wrong. Mr. Montes approached me and I told him what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the products and courteous about my situation I was in with my credit. He took the time to help me and show me around. He explained the various options available. I would highly recommend him and the dealership if this is how they do business. Thanks You Dave More
They won't sell it for less than $2000 more than market valu Kbb showed 18900, Nada showed 20300 for excellent shape. Truck needed mechanical work, ring and pinion in the rear had metal shavings, and the front right hub needed replacing. Kbb showed fair market value at 17250, offered 17500 for the truck fixed. The counter offer was for a BROKEN TRUCK at 17500, or 19000 fixed. Russell said "you don't have to pay to fix it, that's just the value." ??? What? How am I not paying for the repair?!? Worst "negotiating" ever.. More
Service department is the worst. I took my car here to fix and they took a lot of time to fixed it and when they did it, didn't tell me the overall of the car problem.
