Honesty is key (5 star experience) I went shopping around for a car at jim brown chrysler, dale mabry, even lakeland, and here. I chose here at courtesy and glad i did. If your looking for a car ask for ralph in specific he is an honest guy that will get you the absolute best price he can from the gm and i know because i shopped around a bit. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features and unlike some salesmen at other dealerships he is actually honest. He gave me his honest opinion on things i know because he has the same exact model car as i just got and it is as awesome of a car as he said it is. Trust me on this one save your time messing with other dealerships and other salesman there are so many dishonest people take my advice. More

Hardly Any Courtesy! I have been bringing both of my vehicles, 2012 Chrysler Town & Country and a 2013 Dodge Journey to this dealership for routine maintenance since I mov I have been bringing both of my vehicles, 2012 Chrysler Town & Country and a 2013 Dodge Journey to this dealership for routine maintenance since I moved into the area last fall (2013). They weren't nearly as courteous as the dealership that I bought them from but it's the closest one to me so I figured they're ok. I just took my van in for an oil change on Saturday, 11/15. At that time, it was not making any noise and I had no concerns. By Monday, my van was making noises that made it sound like an old piece of crap. I took it over on Thursday, 11/20 and David Colvin didn't greet me or tell me anything at all. All he said was do I need a rental? And I'm thinking what for??? He then says he won't even be able to look at my car until Monday and I said well, of course, I need a rental then. I have 5 kids, I need my van! Next thing I know, he says Hertz will come pick me up and I'm thinking, whoa!!! I wasn't expecting to have to leave my van, I've got a 3 month old in a car seat with me, I now have to get the stroller, infant car seat base, infant in car seat, and my toddler's car seat out of the car. He just walked away and no one offered to help while I struggled to grab all of these things. When I get to Hertz, I'm informed that they only cover a full size car. That's obviously not going to work but it's too late for me to have any other choices now isn't it? I should've gone back to my car and taken it somewhere else! Saturday evening, after being busy all weekend, I see that I received a message that my car is ready. They're closed on Sunday so I go to pick it up Monday morning and once again nothing but MESS! I called several times before going over to confirm that it was ready. First, I was hung up on; then, sent straight to voicemail; the 3rd time, I was put on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up. The 4th time, I finally got an answer that my car was indeed ready. When I got there, lackluster Dave was nowhere to be found. Seeing that I had a baby with me, an older gentleman tried to get someone to take care of me, he found another reluctant, lackluster fellow. Finally, Dave appears and informs me he's only paying for 2 days of the rental because he left a message that it was ready. So, now I'm stuck with the extra costs of a larger car and the additional days. Maybe if he had tried to say it in a somewhat empathetic way, I would understand but he said it like he could care less about my business or the situation. The company I bought my cars from would've given me a free loaner, same size! Dave basically told me to kick rocks, it's not his problem that I need a larger car for my family. The clincher is that they claim to have done safety recall work that I already had done when the recall was announced. And that is why they won't be touching my cars again; I'm wondering if they actually created the problem that needed to be fixed so suddenly. They're obviously unscrupulous and not about courtesy at all!!! I have owned lots of cars and repaired almost everything under the hood in the last 20 years. Never, have I ever been told it won't be seen until one day and then when the work has been diagnosed, not receive a call to let me know, it will be earlier than expected or to at least tell me what was wrong. No one ever said what was wrong. I just had to read the printout that the flexplate was fractured and they replaced it. Like I said, I'm not going back. My cars and I deserve better! And if this is what service is like in Florida, I might just have to drive my cars back up to ILLINOIS!!! More

Outstanding This has been the best experience I have ever has buying a car. When we took our car home we noticed that there was something wrong with the computer This has been the best experience I have ever has buying a car. When we took our car home we noticed that there was something wrong with the computer because the was a line running from top to bottom. We thought we were going to be stuck with it because we did not want the computer fixed because we knew that by doing this it might cause more issues. So when we walked in we told them we wanted a different car that was brand new just like this one. We were told they will be taking care of us and they sure did. They went far and beyond to find us a car and they sure did. They did whatever it took to keep us happy and they accomplished every bit of it. We are extremely happy with the outcome of everything. Just what I was looking for and the Price I wanted to pay!!! Women are usually talked down to when buying a car. Not at Brandon Courtesy!! I was treated with respect. I had done my research and knew I wanted the new Chrysler 200. Eric Cuebas showed me what they had in stock and I fell in love!! We went to see the finance department. Always a drag right?? NOPE!! Shawn Kelly in finance was there to inform me that there was a sizeable Chrysler cash back for the car, and grinned from ear to ear. What a nice guy. I signed all the papers and Eric tied a balloon on my car as a surprise after all the paperwork was signed and I was ready to drive this new baby home. Everyone was so nice I actually sent a coworker there the following week and he bought the minivan he'd been looking at. Definitely a great experience and not only would I... I already have recommended this dealership to a few people. Great job by all! More

Friendly, Professional Service from Start to Finish! My husband and I needed a vehicle to tow a travel trailer that we recently purchased. Initially we explored a new vehicle purchase ... then decided t My husband and I needed a vehicle to tow a travel trailer that we recently purchased. Initially we explored a new vehicle purchase ... then decided that a certified used vehicle would work just as well. There was absolutely no pressure into buying a new vs. used SUV. Ryan Dull and I exchanged several emails about the type of vehicle we wanted, and, when we showed up for our appointment, Ryan showed us the two vehicles I had selected; and then, he showed us a 2011 Jeep Liberty that had just been traded in. It was better than the vehicles that Ryan and I had emailed about ... Ryan took our list of "wants" and matched us to the perfect SUV. On to the finance process ... because we had a restaurant that closed, our credit was poor. The finance team, and Antonino Gargiulo, worked diligently to find the financing. They treated us with respect and courtesy through the entire process ... and secured our financing with a major lender, at very reasonable terms, so that we could not only purchase the Jeep, but also rebuild our credit. We did spend a little bit of time at the dealership, but, Bill kept the fresh popcorn flowing, and Ryan kept us hydrated. Overall, it was a very easy and enjoyable experience ... we will definitely return for our next vehicle purchase, and, I would recommend Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge to all who wish to purchase a vehicle! More
