Just Awful All The Way Around From Service to Customer Servi Do NOT go here, for anything. I went in and all i needed was a new battery, it was two weeks, multiple trips back in, they kept telling me to "drive i Do NOT go here, for anything. I went in and all i needed was a new battery, it was two weeks, multiple trips back in, they kept telling me to "drive it around and it'll charge", for two weeks i heard that. Was told they charged it and it was good to go, came in the next day to pick it up and it wasnt working as it should, they told me again to 'just drive it around', i had to argue until they put a new battery in and now it works fine. Two weeks of back and forth when all it took was a ten minute battery swap. David Phelps was the worst service person, i asked for an update (ofcourse i was annoyed after TWO weeks of this back and forth and multiple trips in) and he said "jesus christ" and rolled his eyes. As if the customer shoudlnt be upset that a dealership cant fix something simple in two weeks. The "service advisors" are basically data entry ppl or care salesmen who couldnt do well, they know NOTHING about actual mechanical work and are of zero help. They couldnt answer any questions and kept telling me 'ill have to ask the mechanic' and then id never hear back. Steven Peoples i believe his name is just kept rambling about possible reasons my start/stop wouldnt work, when the indicator in the car read "battery charging", he wouldnt accept the fact that the battery was bad and suggested other factors such as the A/C running may cause it not to work. Just go somewhere with service advisors who know just a LITTLE about cars and who also wont swear at you when you want an update after 2 weeks of absolute nonsense. I will never in my life go back there and i would warn ANYONE buying or getting service to drive out of their way to go to another dealership. They are independently owned and so one can just be ok with such low customer service and integrity. More
Most the sales Manager was the problem. We told Carl we had a payoff on our car it wa small $900 we want to trade it in. He talked to sales manager came back with. Unfortunately, had to take it here again! Had to take car in for two more recalls. They were completed. The previous recall they just threw the stuff in the trunk and checked it off. xxxx, Had to take car in for two more recalls. They were completed. My parking break, that was fixed, now STARTED POPPING AGAIN after having to get it fixed properly at Firestone and wasting more of my hard-earned money! A few simple recalls and one small service to replace a part took from (I was the first car in) eight a.m. until three p.m.! No calls throughout the day to say when it might be ready to come and pick up. I finally called about three-thirty and was told, "Yeah, it's been done for a while." Horrible, customer service - at best! Therefore, I will NOT purchase another Dodge again IN MY LIFE after this horrible type of "service!" (NEGATIVE 20 stars - because I, unfortunately, had to mark one to warn you all about this place!) DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE 'FIXED!!!" More
Parking breaks pop when trying to back out of driveway. They 'fixed' the rear wheel sensor. The car would make a horrible POP when backing out of my driveway. This Service Department Missed Brake Failure Two Different T I have a 2013 Dodge Dart that was brought in two different times for a brake pedal that's losing pressure and not stopping the car. The 2nd time I br I have a 2013 Dodge Dart that was brought in two different times for a brake pedal that's losing pressure and not stopping the car. The 2nd time I brought it in the Service Advisor said "Your brakes are good all the way around". A few days later I get on I 75 doing 70 miles and your I have to brake suddenly but again the pedal goes soft and the car doesn't stop right away almost causing a huge accident. Now I'm being told it's the Master Cylinder that is causing the problem and I have to pay to have it fixed. The techs were negligent on two different occasions sending me out in a car that was not safe to drive. Is this what a well known dealership does to its customers? More

Worst service department in Tampa Worst service department in the Tampa area! My Jeep Compass is 3 years old and suddenly went into limp mode. Fortunately (or so I thought at the time) Worst service department in the Tampa area! My Jeep Compass is 3 years old and suddenly went into limp mode. Fortunately (or so I thought at the time). I was right by the dealer ship so I pulled right in. This was at 11 am. (They are open until 9pm). I called at 2:00pm to see if they had any updates. The girl who answered said my service advisor was with a customer at the moment and he didn't have any updates at the moment. No problem, I can check back in a few hours. So, at about 5pm I call and the same girl answers and says she is going to check with my advisor. She places me on hold and then transfers me to someone who is not my advisor and doesn't want to help me. The gentleman takes my cell number and says he will have my advisor call me back as soon as he is done helping the costumer he is working with. 1 hour later still no call back. I call again, same girl answers, puts me on hold, comes back says she doesn't know where my advisor is and asked if I could call back. At this point I'm very upset. I advisorher, I will not call back I need someone to find out what is going on and talk to me now. She advises me she can't leave her desk, but, she would see if someone could locate my advisor and bring him to the phone. She puts me on hold again and finally, my advisor steven answers. Says he text and left a voice mail 4 hours earlier that they wouldn't be able to look at it today. I NEVER GOT A TEXT OR VOICE MAIL MESSAGE! Also, if that is so, why didn't the other people who answered the phone just say that. On top of all of that you had 10 hours to look at the vehicle and you can't get it done. I'm not expecting it to be fix same day. But, you should be able to tell me what needs to be done. I can't even imagine how long it will take to fix, and of course I'm now at their mercy. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Clearly, no one working there cares about you once you drive your car off the lot. If you ever need your vehicle serviced, I would advise you to go anywhere but here More
