If I could give them a zero, I would. The worst customer service, the worst management, the worst experience ever; on multiple occasions. When you ask the employees why does something simple take so many ho service, the worst management, the worst experience ever; on multiple occasions. When you ask the employees why does something simple take so many hours (4-6 hours for an oil change, a new battery) they put their hands up and walk off. They are defeated from being yelled at all day. Management needs to take responsibility! Won’t ever buy a Chrysler just so I won’t have to come here. It Starts at the Top Twice service has shown zero customer service. Allows you to wait and don’t have something as simple as a little bulb. Awful Service Dropped vehicle off Sunday evening. Receieved text from Service Advisor Victor Perez to reach out to him with any questions on Monday @ 7:14 am. I tex Dropped vehicle off Sunday evening. Receieved text from Service Advisor Victor Perez to reach out to him with any questions on Monday @ 7:14 am. I text him at 3:30 to check on status, he replys "it's with Tech and will know in a few minutes. I dont hear anything so I text back at 7pm - no response. Tuesday morning I get an apology text saying the mechanic got ties up on another vehicle and disnt have time to look at it and tells me he will have info by 10 am. I asked why do I need a diesel specialist to look at my alignment on truck when anyone can do that? I also let him know that my normal Advisor is Jami who always keeps me in the loop. He proceeds to say that she just got back from vacation would I like for her to handle my service. I replied I dont care who does it just keep me updated. He then gives me the spill that tech will go over the whole truck for anything that may be wrong. I brought it in for an alighnment & balance and I get a list of stuff from him at 1 pm. I tried to call Victor and on hold for about 30 min. I hang up call again no luck in the mean time I text Victor and he's not responding. He finally calls me at 2:30 and said he was at lunch. Now why didnt no one know that when I asked for him. Needless to say I didnt agree with the results they found and decided just to have one thing fix that I didnt bring it in for but knew it needed fixed. He told me that it would be done today. I went and had dinner down the road and since I didnt hear anything back from Victor Of course he wasnt there when I stopped by to pick up truck. Come to find out the part wouldn't be delivered until the next day (Wednesday) I was HOT, I told the Service department that this is xx. He told me it would be done today and give me my truck back. The advisor had a mgr talk to me and I explained situation of events and she said that it would be done tomorrow. told her that I had to leave out of town the next day. She assured me that as soon as part came in they would get it done. Now the GOOD - Jami is the one that called me back and I asked why she's calling me and she said that Victor asked her to. I explained what happened. She said that my bill was zero because Angie was nice enough to comp it. I can guarantee you that Victor Perez has bounced around from dealership to dealership. More
Horrific AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolute WORST service experience one could possibly imagine. CJD has had my brand new Challenger with less than 300 miles on it f AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolute WORST service experience one could possibly imagine. CJD has had my brand new Challenger with less than 300 miles on it for almost 2 months and are UNABLE to perform Warranty replacement and repairs. Dealership was unable to obtain replacement parts under warranty until I had to step in and escalate to Chrysler Customer Service. Twice I was asked to pick up the car because the work was 'complete'. IT WAS NOT COMPLETE; FAR FROM IT! Car was initially dropped off on 8/12/19 and was told to pick it up 4 weeks later and at that time it was FAR from being ready. Then was promised car would be ready on 10/04 and upon arrival at the dealership the car was dirty inside and out, there was tape over the windshield, seats were askew, interior trim was incomplete, rear lights were scratched and the Radio had an obvious malfunction which was totally ignored which was acknowledged by the acting Service Manager. Yet despite all of this, I was expected to take delivery of the vehicle which I did not. CJD STILL has the vehicle and HAS NOT called at the time of this writing as promised by management. AGAIN, NO CALL AS PROMISED. The legal definition of implied warranty for merchantability guarantees that a product or service will work as expected and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that CJD is in breach of this warranty. This is my 6th MOPAR and 4th Challenger AND I’ve bought the last 2 from this dealership. Nothing but broken promises, lies, lack of quality control and one excuse after another with this one. If I ever get the car back, rest assured that it will NEVER be serviced again at Courtesy Jeep Dodge; there are other competent Dodge Dealers in Tampa who will now get my business. More

I had a bit of a special circumstance when I traded in my late husband’s truck to buy something new for me. The staff- especially David Montes. They were so kind in understanding what an emotional and difficult task that was and did everything to make my transition smooth and easy. The financing was painless. I came prepared with my preapproval from another lender. They were able to beat it. Experience was top notch and even though I drove over 600 miles round trip to get my dream Jeep...I will do it again when it is time for a new one! More
Service Call Appointment Was contacted by the dealer for a recall on my Jeep transmission set the appointment for the following day, took the vehicle in at the appointment set Was contacted by the dealer for a recall on my Jeep transmission set the appointment for the following day, took the vehicle in at the appointment set time 1:00pm when arrived I was informed that the Transmission mechanic had called in sick! So I called and talked to the service department manager and explained that I had taken half a day off to find out that not only did I lose money but the feeling that I got it did not matter to her! Now I have to reschedule and take another half a day off so in other words I will end up losing a whole day worth of work due to the lack of the service department ability to run their department by notifying a customer that they will not be able to perform the work to be done on your vehicle! Tried to select the Service Manager from the list provided but she is not listed. Very disappointed customer Bob Lietka More
