Fabio was superb in his execution of the deal and being able to get me at the payment I wanted and rate better than I could’ve imagined. Shaw was extremely friendly and very informative when signing the deal and in making sure I was getting the best deal and warranties. My experience was so different than the norm at this dealership. 2015 Jeep Patriot I am so disappointed in the Service Department, they has been the worst. I have had several incident that the vehicle had an engine light I called and I am so disappointed in the Service Department, they has been the worst. I have had several incident that the vehicle had an engine light I called and they act like they do not care. They expect you to drive your vehicle in this condition and wait 5 days until they have an available appointment. You would think if the ENGINE light comes on that it's a warning that needs to looked at. I was once told to drive it until the ENGINE light starts flashing. You would think that your rating is only 3.9 that means mediocre review, don't you want to strive for excellence. More

Asked for my credit information via text I've waited to write this review. Life has gotten in the way of some things, but seeing as I purchased a car yesterday I was reminded of my terrible i I've waited to write this review. Life has gotten in the way of some things, but seeing as I purchased a car yesterday I was reminded of my terrible internet shopping experience. I will give credit where credit is due. I bought a car at another of your dealerships for my wife back in February and had a fantastic experience, so I put my information online here thinking it would be a similar experience. Whoever has the web department at Dodge needs to go to visit your other dealerships to see how it's done. I got a text from a girl last month and the only thing it said was what is my credit like so she can give me a quote. I had never spoken with her previously. It was a bit immature for that. Not only that but her spelling was atrocious. I've been stewing over this for awhile. I filled out a request for information and someone named Gabriella requests my credit via text right off the bat. I paid cash for my car, and in today's day and age that information shouldn't be exchanged on the web. This is borderline fraud. I was going to buy my daughter a Soul from the same sales lady my wife bought hers from. An internet sales person back in February, but now I see that Courtesy doesn't value relationships or information to be confidential. Yesterday I bought my Challenger from Jerry Ulm. After pricing on the internet back in June. I recommend everyone give them a try. They don't misspell every other word in email correspondence and they don't rudely request credit information. More

I had an Appointment on 5/10/2017 and I didn't get the Service Advisor name but he's very Rude and Condescending.. I have a 2015 Challenger and I had the Tracking and Anti braking System light on.. ( I had a 7:40am appointment) I was asking him questions because I had to be to work by 12pm. He was getting VERY agitated with the questions I was asking and simply said that he have other customers he have to tend to.. I was appalled at his tone and I immediately got in my car and lefted.. This is so unacceptable and I advise anyone who have to get their car Service, go to another Dodge dealership.. The sales Department is excellent but the Service Department sucks! More
