Sadly I had to give one star just to make the board I brought my Vehicle in because my heat did not work, well for $1500 dollars I didn't need the heat in Florida. I take it in to have that fixed, $1500 later after removing the dash and not gluing it back together properly, my brake lights wouldn't go off, my hazards didn't work, my trax button and heated seat buttons weren't working. I bring it back; it took them two weeks, TWO weeks to fix it. I pick it up, the traction light was on, the ESP light was on and the ABS light. I take it back, they switch out the brake switch, three days and I go pick it back up only to notice that someone had broken my windshield! I didn't even get the vehicle home and turned around. Argued with the service manager who said "I would have to prove that it happened here." Finally spoke w/ Shay (spelling) who said to bring it back in because all my lights were still on and now the window was cracked and I wanted it fixed. I bring it back in, again it was there for an entire week, the original brake switch they put on was bad, so they changed it out. So far so good; but it has only been a few hours. My problem-the window was supposedly fixed, but another crack appeared...and the first hole looks worse than before I brought it in to be fixed! And now nobody wants to call me back. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE; I BEG YOU TO RECONSIDER!!! My problems have been going on for 2 months. Chase was my Service Advisor and he is the only reason I keep going back. Actually all the service people are great; not sure what is going on back in the garage... More

My rear sensors quit working and I have been waiting 6 months for them to call me back to fix it. We took the van to a different dealership and they did it in two days! More

Jami in the service department is Amazing! I had to drop off my jeep, and as a realtor, it’s impossible to work without a vehicle so I scheduled my service while I was headed out of town. My flight was late and I was worried I couldn’t make it on time to pick up my Jeep...Jami had everything arranged for a late arrival. We purchased a used 2017 Nissan Frontier pick-up truck from Courtesy Chrysler o This review is a follow-up to the review I posted on January 08, 2018. We purchased a used 2017 Nissan Frontier pick-up truck from Courtesy Chrysler on Jan 7th. At the time, we were not informed that Nissan factory supplied accessories were missing from the delivered vehicle, specifically, four (4) Nissan OEM heavy-duty tie-down cleats that are included with the installed Utili-Track Channel system. These four cleats cost $59.50 each, for a total of $238 plus tax for four of them on the Nissan eStore website. I contacted the Courtesy dealership on Jan 10th when we discovered the four cleats were not included with the vehicle (typically, they are stored in the rear seat area to prevent theft). I have sent several emails to Courtesy dealership requesting assistance in providing the missing cleats from 1/10 thru 1/19. The only response I have had back was a single email from Rollin Seeley (Used Car Director) on 1/11 who said to "be patient"...I have not subsequently heard back from him. More
Thomas is a liar I’ve visited this dealership twice. The first time was over the summer when a guy named Thomas was working with a new employee trying to forcibly close me on a deal on a Jeep. Then another employee got his attention. He said not to even bother on a subprime applicant because Chrysler financial owns Santander. I happen to work for Santander, and I would not discount us. We are not ran by you people. My next visit my husband was getting an oil change. We browsed a bit and we met with Tyler who was absolutely incredible- but that doesn’t change the fact that the first visit left a very bad taste in my mouth. The oil change took hours, even though we had an appointment. I talked my husband into trading his Jeep for a Chevy down the road and I’ve never seen him happier. Don’t bad mouth other organizations around clients. You never know who you have sitting in front of you. More
Dropped the car off for a recall. It took them almost 4 days I dropped the car off on Monday at 9 AM to fix a recall notification I received in the mail. The service rep (Chris Cantu) took me in and at first he seemed like a nice guy. Gave me his business card with direct line letting me know I could reach him any time to check on status. Around noon time on the same day, I call his number and left a message asking for status. No call back. Hours later, I received an email from the dealer with a status report letting me know all other items that were identified as "Requiring Immediate Attention" based on the multipoint inspection. I chose to decline most of them, except for the oil change which I had asked them to do additionally. I requested a call back, reached out to Chris again by phone, and left another voicemail asking for call back to discuss findings. No call back. The following morning, I decided to give them additional time to work on the vehicle. Called Chris again around noon. Left another message. No call back. I reached to service main number and was finally transferred to Chris. He seemed surprised that I had declined mostly everything, which gave me the impression that they had not worked on the car for the very reason that I had declined all the other recommendations. Then he told me they will be working on the car that same day. Another day went by, no call back no status. Only received an email with some update, but nothing clear as to what the current situation was with the vehicle. keep in mind, I cropped off the car at 9 AM on Monday, and it is now Wednesday afternoon. I began calling the service department main line and asking for updates about my car that way. They first told me that Chris was out to lunch and to call back later. I called back around 5 PM and coincidentally they had just finished the work on my car. 3 days to correct a recall and oil change. The main problem here is the lack of communication and updates I received from the service rep. Not something I am used to and will definitely not be dealing with that nonsense again. Additionally, I was on my way to pickup my car. Had to call Uber because they did not offer to loan me a vehicle while I had to wait 3 days with no car. I called multiple times the service department (Time was still around 6:40 PM), nobody was answering the phone. That was really annoying. -Ramon More

It was our first Jeep and it was so good we thought we'd get another. Our salesperson, Ralph Bramwell was extremely helpful in meeting our needs in purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. He showed us a number of Jeeps that had the things we were looking for and in our price range. I'd highly recommend him as a salesperson and this dealer. More
