Horrific AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolute WORST service experience one could possibly imagine. CJD has had my brand new Challenger with less than 300 miles on it f AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolute WORST service experience one could possibly imagine. CJD has had my brand new Challenger with less than 300 miles on it for almost 2 months and are UNABLE to perform Warranty replacement and repairs. Dealership was unable to obtain replacement parts under warranty until I had to step in and escalate to Chrysler Customer Service. Twice I was asked to pick up the car because the work was 'complete'. IT WAS NOT COMPLETE; FAR FROM IT! Car was initially dropped off on 8/12/19 and was told to pick it up 4 weeks later and at that time it was FAR from being ready. Then was promised car would be ready on 10/04 and upon arrival at the dealership the car was dirty inside and out, there was tape over the windshield, seats were askew, interior trim was incomplete, rear lights were scratched and the Radio had an obvious malfunction which was totally ignored which was acknowledged by the acting Service Manager. Yet despite all of this, I was expected to take delivery of the vehicle which I did not. CJD STILL has the vehicle and HAS NOT called at the time of this writing as promised by management. AGAIN, NO CALL AS PROMISED. The legal definition of implied warranty for merchantability guarantees that a product or service will work as expected and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that CJD is in breach of this warranty. This is my 6th MOPAR and 4th Challenger AND I’ve bought the last 2 from this dealership. Nothing but broken promises, lies, lack of quality control and one excuse after another with this one. If I ever get the car back, rest assured that it will NEVER be serviced again at Courtesy Jeep Dodge; there are other competent Dodge Dealers in Tampa who will now get my business. More

I had a bit of a special circumstance when I traded in my late husband’s truck to buy something new for me. The staff- especially David Montes. They were so kind in understanding what an emotional and difficult task that was and did everything to make my transition smooth and easy. The financing was painless. I came prepared with my preapproval from another lender. They were able to beat it. Experience was top notch and even though I drove over 600 miles round trip to get my dream Jeep...I will do it again when it is time for a new one! More
Service Call Appointment Was contacted by the dealer for a recall on my Jeep transmission set the appointment for the following day, took the vehicle in at the appointment set Was contacted by the dealer for a recall on my Jeep transmission set the appointment for the following day, took the vehicle in at the appointment set time 1:00pm when arrived I was informed that the Transmission mechanic had called in sick! So I called and talked to the service department manager and explained that I had taken half a day off to find out that not only did I lose money but the feeling that I got it did not matter to her! Now I have to reschedule and take another half a day off so in other words I will end up losing a whole day worth of work due to the lack of the service department ability to run their department by notifying a customer that they will not be able to perform the work to be done on your vehicle! Just Awful All The Way Around From Service to Customer Servi Do NOT go here, for anything. I went in and all i needed was a new battery, it was two weeks, multiple trips back in, they kept telling me to "drive i Do NOT go here, for anything. I went in and all i needed was a new battery, it was two weeks, multiple trips back in, they kept telling me to "drive it around and it'll charge", for two weeks i heard that. Was told they charged it and it was good to go, came in the next day to pick it up and it wasnt working as it should, they told me again to 'just drive it around', i had to argue until they put a new battery in and now it works fine. Two weeks of back and forth when all it took was a ten minute battery swap. David Phelps was the worst service person, i asked for an update (ofcourse i was annoyed after TWO weeks of this back and forth and multiple trips in) and he said "jesus christ" and rolled his eyes. As if the customer shoudlnt be upset that a dealership cant fix something simple in two weeks. The "service advisors" are basically data entry ppl or care salesmen who couldnt do well, they know NOTHING about actual mechanical work and are of zero help. They couldnt answer any questions and kept telling me 'ill have to ask the mechanic' and then id never hear back. Steven Peoples i believe his name is just kept rambling about possible reasons my start/stop wouldnt work, when the indicator in the car read "battery charging", he wouldnt accept the fact that the battery was bad and suggested other factors such as the A/C running may cause it not to work. Just go somewhere with service advisors who know just a LITTLE about cars and who also wont swear at you when you want an update after 2 weeks of absolute nonsense. I will never in my life go back there and i would warn ANYONE buying or getting service to drive out of their way to go to another dealership. They are independently owned and so one can just be ok with such low customer service and integrity. More
Most the sales Manager was the problem. We told Carl we had a payoff on our car it wa small $900 we want to trade it in. He talked to sales manager came back with. Unfortunately, had to take it here again! Had to take car in for two more recalls. They were completed. The previous recall they just threw the stuff in the trunk and checked it off. xxxx, Had to take car in for two more recalls. They were completed. My parking break, that was fixed, now STARTED POPPING AGAIN after having to get it fixed properly at Firestone and wasting more of my hard-earned money! A few simple recalls and one small service to replace a part took from (I was the first car in) eight a.m. until three p.m.! No calls throughout the day to say when it might be ready to come and pick up. I finally called about three-thirty and was told, "Yeah, it's been done for a while." Horrible, customer service - at best! Therefore, I will NOT purchase another Dodge again IN MY LIFE after this horrible type of "service!" (NEGATIVE 20 stars - because I, unfortunately, had to mark one to warn you all about this place!) DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE 'FIXED!!!" More
Parking breaks pop when trying to back out of driveway. They 'fixed' the rear wheel sensor. The car would make a horrible POP when backing out of my driveway. The 2nd time I br I have a 2013 Dodge Dart that was brought in two different times for a brake pedal that's losing pressure and not stopping the car. The 2nd time I brought it in the Service Advisor said "Your brakes are good all the way around". A few days later I get on I 75 doing 70 miles and your I have to brake suddenly but again the pedal goes soft and the car doesn't stop right away almost causing a huge accident. Now I'm being told it's the Master Cylinder that is causing the problem and I have to pay to have it fixed. The techs were negligent on two different occasions sending me out in a car that was not safe to drive. Is this what a well known dealership does to its customers? More
