Fred, I don't think you do understand my frustration. Had I been told the work was going to take over 4 hrs I would have gone home or shopping. I was told an hour and a half. I have owned my Jeep for 5 years and have had this problem multiple times. Stop making excuses and address the problem in your shop.

As far as the credit check, while we do submit your information to multiple lenders for purposes of securing the best rate and loan terms possible, these inquiries are only counted as one toward your credit score, so long as they were submitted during a 14-day window. They will however, stay itemized on your credit for up to 2 years for record keeping purposes only. This allows the customer to see who accessed their score and when. You never answered why you would not give me back my car after you canceled my contract you are liars con artist Josh just called me today to yell and curse at me you guys are pathetic.
