I'm sorry to say I have had more than one unpleasant experience with this dealership. I'm talking the service department. They continuously call or text about confirming the appointment even though their website said it was all set. The texted link does not function. The service writer comes up, asks for the writers name appointment even though their website said it was all set. The texted link does not function. The service writer comes up, asks for the writers name and just stares at the paper because he is off. He finally said let me see if his partner will help you and walks off to never be heard from again. When the other service writer arrives 15 minutes after a the appointment (and while still sitting in the vehicle & in line). This dealership is where we bought the vehicle and we have had nothing but issues with the service department. I had replaced my wiper blades 5 days earlier but they said they need replacing for which they want over $112.00 (that isn’t a typo). I will never return to this dealership. I would rather drive a half hour to a trustworthy dealership! More
I do not believe the people below worked with me. I came in one day and worked with a salesman who was very dismissive and did all he could do to not sell a car. I did come back because I decided tha I came in one day and worked with a salesman who was very dismissive and did all he could do to not sell a car. I did come back because I decided that the Jeep Wagoneer was what I wanted and we had purchased a Gladiator from Courtesy before and use the service center, so thought it the best place. ( it was interesting that no one knew I was a repeat customer). I did come back a second day and asked to work with a different salesman - Cowboy did all he could for me and was terrific. The financing was quick, but a few forms were forgotten and had to be sent to me afterward for me to complete. Overall experience was good - the sales manager and his boss were both very nice and did what they could to meet my wants. I love the car and if I ever buy another Jeep I will come back. More
