Great dealership and most importantly great people. Everyone were attentive and courteous. The only downside to me is that they are an hour and half away. Customer service has gone downhill for the past two years. I am sure it started of due to COVID but there is still a job to be done. The people we have dealt with in the past were awesome. My husband spoke to Jaime to get the cost for tire installment purchased by us. When she called she quoted him and he told her to add oil change and diagnostic. When he arrived he told Tommy again while he was there. As my husband spoke to him he gave him his back and never acknowledge my husband. When we received the text that the vehicle was ready and we checked out with Stephen he stated that the diagnostic was never done. I had to go back on Monday to pick up my wheel lock key because it was never returned. An email was sent on Saturday 6/4/22 from an employee who stated that the service department was closed but she will send the email to the service manager. BUT, when I called because the service manager never reached. When I called no on knew anything about it. Tommy picked up the call and I explained what I was calling for and he said he will look for it and call back. When I attempted to tell him not to call the number on file but to call me he hung up on me before I can even attempt. I had called back and asked for the receptionist to let him know and to also put in a request for the service manager to call me and it was never done. He proceeded to send a text message to my husband the wheel lock key was found. When I arrived I parked and walked over. Stephen looked at me like I had snake on my head because I guess I didn’t work the tire key lock wrong. He then asked Tommy and worded it the way you guys call the wheel key. (Obnoxious) Tommy asked if it was for Garcia I said yes and he rudely said where is the vehicle I said parked. He then proceeded to say well I need the vehicle to make sure it’s the one we found. I told him well then you should have called me instead of sending a text message but once again walked away as I was talking. Of course, it was the wrong one so the service guy I didn’t catch his name helped him out and found the right one. I have never gone outside the dealership for service but the customer service that is being provided is making us question whether or not we will continue. We just do not like to change anything from the oil being used or parts being used for our vehicles that why we pay the ridiculous price just to make sure our vehicle continues to have the products used for service. I was told I can get a diagnostic test done via BBB but I haven't received a call. Needless to say I bough a battery thinking that the no start was a battery issue since I haven't recieved a call for the diagnostic paid $476.00 for a mobile battery service and my car is still not starting as it should. It takes a few tries before it actually and eventually starts. One click sound is all I am getting. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE even management who writes that he has called but I only recieved two call back to back while I was at work. I called that evening and again week later and nothing yet from Andy. Have purchased two other vehicles from them in the past year. Another Ram and a Jeep GCL. Do not recommend and good luck to those that already have! More

They have had my JEEP for 5 days to repla Adamo Dr, Brandon, Florida 33619 - Is the worst dealership I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. They have had my JEEP for 5 days to replace a range sensor harness UNDER WARRANTY -- and they 100% don't give 2 craps how long they keep your vehicle hostage while you sit at home without a vehicle. See, they don't have courtesy vehicles, apparently they are 6 weeks out on those -- who in the heck is using courtesy vehicles for that long? Does that mean they have their cars for 6 weeks. What a shame, I really like my JEEP. But 100% will NEVER EVER own another because even Corporate gives zero craps about anything but if you paid for extended warranties. I think they are the ones paying people to call you 59 times a day to extend your warranty. I have extended warranty that I purchased with the JEEP ... funny thing is -- it isn't JEEP's warranty so they do not honor it to pay for a rental. So RUN, do not walk away from JEEP -- go find a Nissan dealer, they 100% of the time gave me a rental car -- even if they were just changing my oil and I had to go to work. These JEEP people suck. When you drop your vehicle off for service the first call you receive is a sales person trying to get you to buy a new vehicle. Next call is a service person telling you it isn't probably covered under warranty ... and that it takes 24-48 hours for a diagnosis. They called with the diagnosis Tuesday around lunch and it is friday at 3 pm and because I called ... they realized they have all the parts and they can "probably" get it fixed by Monday or Tuesday.
