*******SERVICE DEPT******* Horrible customer service from the start, Brought my 2500 ram in for a tailgate latch recall. Told the dealership it kept coming open we had to slam it to shut . now its stuck from the start, Brought my 2500 ram in for a tailgate latch recall. Told the dealership it kept coming open we had to slam it to shut . now its stuck and wont open. Dealer called and said my truck was ready to go but the tailgate recall could not be done because the tailgate was locked and it had a 5th wheel hitch in it. I'm still scratching my head on this I am speechless. This is not my first bad experience here our challenger goes to Jerry Ulm and I guess this will have to as well. 19 ford 250 6.7 bought used 2021 ram 2500 bought new 2018 challenger rt bought new 2021 Challenger Scat Pack bought new Never again. I brought my vehicle in February 2, 2023 because the autostart indicator was on and the check engine light kept coming on and going off. The advisor at the time (William/ Bill) explained that it was pro autostart indicator was on and the check engine light kept coming on and going off. The advisor at the time (William/ Bill) explained that it was probably a battery. They called me the same day saying my vehicle was ready and the only issues were a tire pressure sensor which was on back order and the car was low on oil (which was also confusing to me because i bring my car to them for the oil changes). The autostart indicator and the check engine light came back on the very next day. I immediately made another appointment for the same issue, but the appointment was set for 3 weeks later due to how backed up they were. Now they are trying to charge my $1800.00 for two batteries and a starter. This the explanation I received "Can not diagnose vehicle if it does not start. NEED to replace BOTH batteries AND the starter. Batteries are NOT covered by policy and based on finding of starter being burned out from overheating/overuse to crank bad batteries warranty company will NOT pay for the starter." Had the car been properly checked out when I brought it in I seriously doubt that the starter would've been broken. I reach out the the service manager when I got the quote and explained the situation. While waiting on his response the service advisor Tommy reached out to me twice asking if i had gotten the quote I explained i was waiting for Chad (service manager) to research and get back with me. On Monday the service advisor semt this message "Good morning Mrs. Knight. This is Tommy at Courtesy Chrysler. I need a decision please or I'm going to request you tow you vehicle someplace else, it's been 10 days. I can't have it sitting here dead in my lot. Thank you Reply STOP to OptOut." My concerns are falling on deaf ears and it seems like they are trying to make me pay for their mistake. More

I leased a Jeep Grand Limited X 2021 In Courtesy Chrysler Tampa that was valued in 54,000.00 dollars and got a car accident in July/2022 in which I was smashed for the back and the Lift Gate was damaged. The Insurance Company gave me the money three days after the accident and still I haven been able to fix it because there is not gates. NO EXPLANATION! PERIOD! NO ANSWER! It looks that I got to keep driving a xxxxing car smashed for which I am paying $ 663.00 to this "funny" company a month until the end of the lease with no answer and no consequences! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! DONT BUY JEEP AND CHRYSLER CARS THE NEXT CAN BE YOU! More

Another recall, TRIED to get it taken care of during the pandemic. I set up an appointment to have the care picked up which was confirmed online. When the time came for the dealership to pick up the car they did not show up. Two hours later I called and the person on the other line hung up on me during the first call. The second person in the 'service' department tried to help but had no idea what to do or whom I was to talk to. Then, I set up an appointment online to take it in and never heard back from the 'service' department. What kind of 'service' is happening at this place, and when can I get this, 12th, recall taken care of??? More
Extremely horrible experience. Brought my car in for a simple recall repair and coolant leak diagnostic. Told them up front when dropping off my car that the radiator fan would stay on unless they pulled the fuse and if they didn't, it would run the battery dead. 2 days later got a call telling me the battery was dead and they couldn't get inside my car. They ended up using a pop a lock to get in. Another day later they told me that my heating hose needed to be fully replaced and they couldn't do the recall repair because my battery needed replaced. I came to pick up my car (declining their service) and the service guy says the battery is dead dead and couldn't even be jumped but no problem, you can buy a new one here! I got my boyfriend to come up and we jump started the car within 5 minutes. While doing that I checked the heating hose and it is literally just the clamp that needs to be replaced, not the full hose. Despicable money grab trying to force me to buy a battery by lying and basically holding my car hostage. If I didn't know better I would have gotten totally taken advantage of. What started with a $0 recall repair and free diagnostic tried to end up as a $3k unnecessary "service". 10/10 do not recommend. More

Great dealership and most importantly great people. Everyone were attentive and courteous. The only downside to me is that they are an hour and half away.
