I got service done on 26 April 2024, I was wondering why my Dodge Ram was running funny and idling didn’t sound to good. So I took a look under the hood and the air filter case was not on at all. Generally apathetic staff that never has answers, needs to be checked up on constantly and doesn’t do what they say they will. They have broken the same part multiple times while making the repair to my ve to be checked up on constantly and doesn’t do what they say they will. Besides being a brand new vehicle with less than 7000 miles, It’s also a company vehicle, part of a large lucrative fleet account for them. I can’t even imagine what it’s like for a lay person. Worst experience ever. Took my gladiator to get warranty work and to start it off the advisor was completely useless. Asked to speak with supervisor and the person that cam Took my gladiator to get warranty work and to start it off the advisor was completely useless. Asked to speak with supervisor and the person that came out rescheduled me for a few days out. Showed up at 8am to make sure I could get a rental and come to find out the so called supervisor advisor didn’t come in until 9:30 so I sat for almost 2 hrs before being able to speak with her. When I did speak with her she was helping another customer and told me she hasn't even looked at my paperwork yet. Needless to say they got my vehicle and I left and wouldn’t take my bicycle to them to get worked on. Where I come from a little politeness and common courtesy goes a long way. The name of dealer has courtesy in it but you won’t get any while there. Last thing one of the so called advisors kept sitting there hitting his vape pen while at his little desk. I mean come on have some decency and take that outside. Total disrespect. More
