I would think most people own their cars for about three years, so who really needs the expensive add ons. It is passing away money on cars that are costly enough these days. Very nice people to do business with. In my case I wanted a used 300 from a private owner to save the excess dealer fees. To my delight I saw your listing for this 2014 mile new car loaner for 25+% off the MSRP which became a quick cash sale. Only negatives is your prep people. The car was cleaned and the salesman sent it back to get the leaves and dirt out from the hood jambs and wiper tray. They got the leaves but hood and trunk jambs black without and grime. Windows dirty, streaked inside, fallout all over the paintwork. Should have been clay barred. Three areas of paint and assembly imperfections need corrected. Have not been contacted for the "WE OWE" paint and fitment repairs. I am also owed $52.15 as my cashier check was made out for an amount over the balance due. The results of the necessary repairs will strengthen my confidence in the integrity of the Courtesy network. More
