The transaction went smoothly, thanks to GSM William who made the deal easy to accept. The salesperson was incredibly responsive, and the finance person was quick and friendly without pushing any add-ons. O made the deal easy to accept. Had a headrest deploy on my Dodge Caravan unexpectedly. I was told the part was on back order and check with them in a month. Meanwhile,it’s difficult for a passenger to ride in my vehicle. I do a lot of reviews for various businesses, and they are rarely poor. This one happens to be one of those. I'm sure this is a good dealership overall, but my experience was less than desirable. Let me s are rarely poor. This one happens to be one of those. I'm sure this is a good dealership overall, but my experience was less than desirable. Let me start by saying the salesman, Ed, was very good. Great knowledge, courteous, and professional. That's where it ended. The person who I believe was a sales manager, Craig, was shady to say the least. I brought in a 2019 Ram 2500 diesel to see what I could get for a trade in. Craig "appraised" my vehicle at $40k. When I told him the offer was unacceptable, he tried tobhard-sell me, and got irritated. Here's what Craig didn't know: I had already had the vehicle appraised by CarMax, and two others. The low end for a trade in is $43k for rough condition, and the high end is $48k for Outstanding Condition. My truck, which was appraised by CarMax in Clean condition, goes for $47k. Craig tried to lowball me at $3k less than the worst condition for the vehicle, and $7k less than it actually appraised for. When I refused, he got irritated, so I shook his hand, got up to leave, and told him I wasn't there to get freaking ripped off. He got up followed me out while yelling at me in front of customers, and accused me of cursing. Maybe he was having a bad day, but regardless, he tried to rip me off, and cost Ed a sale. I only gave them 2 stars because Ed was very professional. Craig seemed to be every part of the "Used Car Salesman" stereotype. Very unfortunate. More
I bring my both my Wrangler and challenger here for service regularly. They’re good about giving status updates and getting your vehicle in for service service regularly. They’re good about giving status updates and getting your vehicle in for service More
