Waiting months for the part is already frustrating, but to add to that, not being notified when your vehicle was ready, finding your truck wasn’t washed as promised, and discovering a broken wiper blade is unacceptable. On top of that, having a check engine light come on immediately after service, paired with an inability to reach your service advisor, only worsens the situation. This is not the level of care or communication we strive to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration you’ve endured.
