Been waiting on my High pressure fuel pump recall part since April. Wasn’t notified when the truck was done four days later. I had to follow up to check on it and it had already been complete. Picked it u since April. Wasn’t notified when the truck was done four days later. I had to follow up to check on it and it had already been complete. Picked it up and the truck didn’t get washed as it was supposed to. Drivers windshield wiper blade was broken, which I had just replaced six months ago. On the way home my check engine light comes on and is throwing an exhaust particulate sensor code. Called the dealership six times over two days to let them know and have never been able to get in touch with my service advisor. More

Poor communication. I had to call 5 times to find out that the work had not even Ben started and it would be another day at the shop. When they went to go do the recall I had to call 5 times to find out that the work had not even Ben started and it would be another day at the shop. When they went to go do the recall on the second day, they found out that the EV battery needed to be fully charged resulting in it sitting overnight for another day. 3 days to do a recall with poor communication throughout. And no loaner vehicle so I had no car for nearly 3 days. More

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I bought a brand new Vehicle only to have to bring it back 3 different occasions within a month period. Issues from the paint being damaged to missin I bought a brand new Vehicle only to have to bring it back 3 different occasions within a month period. Issues from the paint being damaged to missing tire pressure sensors to even wrongfully explaining finance charges. Finally it was all taken care of, but insane that they had my vehicle more time then I did in a months time. The Sales man was awesome. Other then that, I’d not recommend buying a vehicle here. Maybe I was an anomaly. One of those weird off cases, but nonetheless it happened. More
