Jacob Dillard, our Service Advisor, has made a difficult problem much easier to process thru. Our 2019 Renegade stalled and we learned it had a recall for oil consumption - we had not had a light for low oi problem much easier to process thru. Our 2019 Renegade stalled and we learned it had a recall for oil consumption - we had not had a light for low oil or check engine. There was no oil on our dipstick. After that recall was done we put on 1,500 miles in 30 days and qualified for a second recall which resulted in needing a new engine. It was over 6 weeks waiting for delivery of the new engine but a loaner car was provided during those weeks. He communicated with us by calls and text messages. We traded before the new engine was installed and he stayed in touch with us during that time also. So thankful for his personal assistance to us. More
