I prefer this dealership over others especially Jerry Ulm! I especially like the option to get an Uber back home. After drop off. Service Advisor Steven was very helpful and accommodating. Only issue I have is my car wasn’t washed outside or vacuumed. Took some time to figure out exactly what was wrong, but it was fixed finally. Shawn and Jacob teamed up with the techs to diagnose and find the problem. Arrived with my wife and she parked in visitor parking. A sales guy walked out and told her she needed to get “out of the way” he was moving cars down and needed that space. After arriving over a hour early for my 2p appointment I waited 15-20 minutes to check in. The worker out front doing the check in told me it would be quicker to trade my truck than wait on an advisor. Once checked in I was told a couple hours from my appointment time my truck would be ready. I arrived back at the dealership at 5p and was told it was on the lift and 30-45 min max. Finally at 6:45 the advisor came out to tell me it was complete. The advisor made a comment it had been done for awhile but he was busy and didn’t have time to tell me. I was sitting 10’ away from his workspace. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at Courtesy and will not return. The last time the manager called to apologize and said this was not normal. Apparently it is the norm. More
