Stephen never reviewed my appointment information, part need for my repair never ordered. Other item I needed said he couldn’t do because short techs. When I voiced my displeasure of him not ordering the part or notifying me that they wouldn’t be able to get to my repairs he told me if I’m dissatisfied I could take my business to another dealership. I took my other vehicle to another Chrysler dealership for about $2,000 of business and was treated royally. More
You had my truck for 3 days still didn’t get everything done. Poor service. You think my service guy would have a lender car ready for me knowing it would be a few days of work. Nope! done. The irony of the name Courtesy. Had a bad experience getting my vehicle serviced by Stephen Tapia. My vehicle was kept for five days, when it was supposed to be four. I had to ask t Had a bad experience getting my vehicle serviced by Stephen Tapia. My vehicle was kept for five days, when it was supposed to be four. I had to ask to be called back with an update by customer care, as he never reached out. Was told by him that the issue I had was a “wrangler thing” and that in order for it to never happen again, that I should buy an upgraded part. Mind you, no one ever mentioned this death rattle wrangler issue at the time of purchase and upgrades weren’t an option as the vehicle was As Is. Only to be told by customer care that all of what he said was not true. Basically. the company had to back-peddle on his comments. The service manager felt some type of way to play back my call without telling me, like he was trying to flip the script and point the finger back at me, because I thought customer care was calling me back instead of Stephen, whom I had never talked to until after I asked for an update from customer care. Not even a simple “your vehicle is ready.” He thought he did something when the reality is, his employee wasn’t doing his job and that manager didn’t want to do his, either. Even he was saying that sales gave me upgrade options and it’s my fault for declining an upgraded steering damper at the time of sale because it would’ve been part of an upgrade package, when my vehicle was As Is, no upgrades. He tried to gaslight me and make it my fault. I had to speak with customer care again, just to be told what they said was wrong and they’re just trying to upsell. On top of all of that, my tires weren’t rotated at my oil change a month ago. I specifically asked during the call when I made my appointment that my tires were to actually get rotated, since they weren’t the last time. I have one bad tire so that’s how I know it wasn’t done. When I asked Stephen, who had no paperwork or anything at all to show anything was done or even looked at, if the tire rotation was done, he placed the blame on the dealership for not telling him, even though it was in the work order. And then he says oh I didn’t do it because it said it was done already last month and no one told me I had to. It was in the work order but he didn’t care to call and ask. He didn’t care to call at all. Rather than getting it done, he calls the dealership to do it for him. After I’ve already waited five days for my vehicle and then have to drive to the dealership for service, when I’m at the service department. And then they have the nerve to hang up signs that say something like “be nice to the people who showed up to work today.” This is a major red flag. You have to do more than just show up. Imagine going through all of that and seeing that sign. And then come to find out, nothing was done. For five days. I’m fairly certain my vehicle wasn’t even looked at. I was hoping to get a new vehicle within the next year from one of their makes but absolutely not after this interaction. I have no faith or trust in their ability to service vehicles honestly and with integrity. More
