Service Department Sucks First issue, I take my car for routine maintenance using their "Express" Service line. There is nothing EXPRESS about the service they offer. I wait a minimum of 2hrs for an 'express' oil change. They shouldn't advertise this misleading Express service if they can't live up to it's name. Second issue, they NEVER answer their phones. Yet, when I am there waiting for my 2+hr oil change I notice they are in the office and just let the phone ring or are just chatting away. Third issue, I took my car in for one issue due to not completing my oil change correctly and when I took it in to be fixed, came out with a new issue. Of course they stated the new issue was unrelated. Yet, I didn't have that issue when I first went in. Additionally, they state "sorry to hear about your issue, the service manager would like to hear from you" but when you email you don't hear back from the service manager. Yes, they sound so concerned in their response, however fail to follow through. I will NEVER buy from this place again and going forward I will take the long drive from Chandler to Phoenix to get better service at Bill Luke's Chrysler and Jeep. Only reason I gave a 2nd star is because the sales team was great! More
