service horrible , incompetent and careless I bought my first new car. It has been the worst experience for me ..It has been in and out of service for the past year for numerous issues.Mainly tr I bought my first new car. It has been the worst experience for me ..It has been in and out of service for the past year for numerous issues.Mainly transmission problems.They keep telling nothing is wrong with it .They dont want to honor there warrantys purchased and they (in my opinion ) severely damaged my car while doing repairs while the car was in there care..Trying to get it resolved but we keep getting the runaround cant get any information on insurance to file claim for damages .. they offered alot of empty promises and now im left with a mechanically unsound car thats damaged due to there carelessness .Which brings down my car value.I refuse to take it back to them for any kind of service and Im not the only one complaining of damage to my car ..I just want this nightmare over with..Its really sad ..They have ruined my new car buying experience ,dont want to do this ever again More
Excellent customer service I bought a 2006 Jeep wrangler and a 2009 Jeep wrangler from superstition chrysler dodge jeep. Horrible Two years ago I went to buy a Cummins 2500 at Superstition Springs. Prices for these trucks were $54,000 at this dealership. When I showed them the same truck at Bill Luke for $36,000, they said I would never get it at that price. I did. Two weeks ago because they are close I took my 2500 in for an oil change, fuel filter change and tire rotation. My wife dropped the truck the next morning and was told it would be ready that afternoon. They later called and said they didn't have the filters so it wouldn't be ready until the next evening. The next morning Brad Bondy called and said it was ready, that he had his guys stay late to get it finished. When my wife picked up the truck the bill was $446.00. When she asked Brad why it was so expensive he told her he had quoted her that price, that he had talked to a man on the phone, which he hadn't, my wife was the only person he had talked to. Had he quoted this price there is no way my wife or I would have agreed to a $446.00 service. When my wife continued to ask, Brad disappeared and my wife was left standing at the counter to pay the bill. Apparently I paid for the service guys to stay late because Brad overbooked. So if you like being lied to and stolen from head on over to Superstition Springs, home of the liars and thieves. More
Honest I was in for an oil change and a squeaky noise that was heard when warming up the car. They could not find where the noise was coming from and instea I was in for an oil change and a squeaky noise that was heard when warming up the car. They could not find where the noise was coming from and instead of making something up, they were honest. We assumed because of the dampness in the air it may just be the moisture around the belts. Now that the rain is gone and the humidity is less, the squeaky noise is no longer heard. I just appreciate the honesty instead of fixing something that doesn't need it and then charging and arm and leg. Staff is always pleasant and Marvin greets every guest as family. Thank you so much! Express lane service I come here often for oil changes. I was just recently there and I was very dissapointed with the service. I pull up and get out of my car to check my I come here often for oil changes. I was just recently there and I was very dissapointed with the service. I pull up and get out of my car to check myself in but no one is around I stand there for about 10 minutes and no one seems to care. Finally a worker comes up to me and ushers me into the office while he finds the attendant that was suppose to be in there. The attendant takes my information and I ask him about something that my car is doing doing he responds with "we don't do diagnostics on this side you will need to make an appointment with them" (which I understood) but I expected more I expected some sort of effort to get my issue taken care of but instead he made me feel like he could careless. So I went to wait for my car, he told me it would be about an hour of course it was 2 hours (which I expected) he comes to let me know my car is finally done and hands me my paperwork. I go to check out and there's extra charges on my account. The service attendant nor the cashier pointed out why I had extra charges. I realized it was for extra parts they needed but never once was this explained to me. So the cashier checks me out and I go to wait for my car, I waited for 15 minutes and then went to ask where my car or at least my keys were because no one said anything to me. Even though I was standing there waiting not one person seemed concerned about it, no one asked me if I needed help or if I was waiting for anything no one acknowledged me in anyway. The cashier said "oh your keys are in the office" how I was suppose to know what office they were in or that they were there the whole time I have no idea. of course no one let me know they were there. So I go searching and I'm standing outside in front of the express service offices trying to figure out where they are. While I'm doing this I can see a couple workers chatting and finally one of them comes up to me and says "are you looking for your keys" I said yes and he brings me to the office and says which ones our your I pointed them out and left. Now if it was busy I'd be a lttle more understanding but it wasn't. The customer service isn't always the best but never have I felt like I didn't matter as a customer it didn't matter that I had to wait, it didn't matter that I was charged more than expected, it didn't matter that I didn't have my keys, I was basically invisible. More
