I called because my regular mechanic at *name withheld* told me the MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS DELETED DUE TO LANGUAGE* Worst Customer Services Ever! I called because my regular mechanic at *name withheld* told me they could not fix my touch screen radio system. It needed to be done by a dealer as it needed dealer parts for. I understood. When I called, I was told there was a 4-5 day wait to make an appointment, understandable. Then they guy stated I would have to wait an ADDITIONAL 4-5 days for them to do an electronic diagnostic! WHAT?! I have to leave my car there and no way for me to get to work for 4-5 days cus they can't work on my car when I drop it off? I also had a recall on my steering column and when they called me back to schedule for that work, I told that rep what I went through from my first call. He then proceeds to tell me the wait time for a RECALL is 1-2 days!! Why is this place so SLOW??!! They already have the parts ready needed for the recall, but I have to wait 1-2 days to get it back? SERIOUSLY!? ANYWHERE and I mean anywhere else I take my car to get service, I EXPECT it to be serviced THAT DAY!!! There is NO EXCUSE to have a customer wait a whole working week to get their car back for a simple diagnostic work up. Sure they said they would pay for an UBER to take me to work, the day I dropped it off, but not for the entire week I have no car. Find another place to have work done to your vehicle, you will not only save money (their diagnostic charge was $100 more than my regular mechanic), but you will get your car back the same day! More

Once again another fantastic service experience from Courtesy! I had initially come in for an oil change as well as figuring out the next steps for getting a cracked windshield replaced. Darrell was great in getting all of the steps handled, as well as helping get the oil changed which is normally only done across the street at Jeep. My service experiences at CDRJ of Superstition Springs are why the next CDRJ product I buy will be through them, and I'll always take my vehicle to them for service. More
One star is too good! I will never go back to this dealership! I signed up online for oil change, tire rotation, rear diff fluid change. Once I pulled in it took 10 minute I will never go back to this dealership! I signed up online for oil change, tire rotation, rear diff fluid change. Once I pulled in it took 10 minutes and 3 different people to tell me I had to drive a mile down the road to the Jeep Dealership for the oil change. I Drive an SRT... Not even sure they used the correct oil and High flow filter the SRT calls for. No other services were performed that were supposed to be done. The Trap door to access my Oil Filter never got put back on and is missing. I am putting this review on all the SRT Club websites for AZ!! should have paid attention !! More
We took our 2018 Chrysler Hybrid plugin to the Superstition Springs Dealership and were so glad we did. We suspected that we had a problem with the hybrid batter and would likely need Chrysler to Superstition Springs Dealership and were so glad we did. We suspected that we had a problem with the hybrid batter and would likely need Chrysler to cover the repair. Leo was our service coordinator and he did a wonderful job acting as our advocate to Chrysler and we ended up being taken care of completely. He determined after running diagnostics that the hybrid batteries had to be reset which required their removal and further testing to ensure the efficacy of the batteries to fully recharge and operate to new car criteria. Brandon, the service manager allowed us to have our car towed in for service a week before the 1st available service appointment. In the event they could possibly run diagnostics so they could tell us how long the car would take to repair. Leo saw to it that this was done prior to the date of that appointment. Chrysler ended up paying for all diagnostics,service and cost of the rental car giving us a vehicle to drive. We greatly appreciated the service rendered to us. They truly know what they are doing. More
I inherited a 2009 Jeep that wouldn’t pass emissions. I met with Darrell and he was so helpful, gave realistic expectations and timeframes and got us through all the repairs.
