Above exceptional These guys are one of the few shops that I take my lifted Jeep to get it worked on when I need help. They are courteous. But yet extremely hard worker These guys are one of the few shops that I take my lifted Jeep to get it worked on when I need help. They are courteous. But yet extremely hard workers. They will not stop until the problem is resolved. Plus the rental person is so kind. And always has a smile on his face. And he remembers you if you’ve been there before. If you have a Jeep, and you need help with it. I would highly recommend this place. More

3 days in the shop My tire pressure sensor went out and $122 to replace.. it was $58 in Albuquerque. I drove less than 40 miles and my tire pressure sensor that was repl My tire pressure sensor went out and $122 to replace.. it was $58 in Albuquerque. I drove less than 40 miles and my tire pressure sensor that was replaced went out, again. They wanted to change my brake fluid when it had 2% water but recommended change at 3%. Then recommended alignment when I've experienced absolutely no pulling of the steering wheel and no visible tire wear. On top of all that, they charged almost $25 for seat covers and floor mat protectors. They called 2 times near 6pm and asked, "Did I tell you we have to keep your vehicle for another day?" Poor communication and trying to sell services that were unnecessary. I will not be back and urge people to shop around before patronizing this location. More

A friend was driving behind me and told me to pull over, the passenger side tire was loose. We could remove the lugs with our hands, the service department failed to seat the tire properly. I will never go back, incompetent mechanics. More

The reason I continue to go back is because she is awesome at her job. Her customer service is excellent, she is always up front with the cost and with what servive actually needs to be done. Additionally, she always up front with how long I will be there and I have to say I have never been there longer than expected. More
Service Department Sucks First issue, I take my car for routine maintenance using their "Express" Service line. There is nothing EXPRESS about the service they offer. I wait First issue, I take my car for routine maintenance using their "Express" Service line. There is nothing EXPRESS about the service they offer. I wait a minimum of 2hrs for an 'express' oil change. They shouldn't advertise this misleading Express service if they can't live up to it's name. Second issue, they NEVER answer their phones. Yet, when I am there waiting for my 2+hr oil change I notice they are in the office and just let the phone ring or are just chatting away. Third issue, I took my car in for one issue due to not completing my oil change correctly and when I took it in to be fixed, came out with a new issue. Of course they stated the new issue was unrelated. Yet, I didn't have that issue when I first went in. Additionally, they state "sorry to hear about your issue, the service manager would like to hear from you" but when you email you don't hear back from the service manager. Yes, they sound so concerned in their response, however fail to follow through. I will NEVER buy from this place again and going forward I will take the long drive from Chandler to Phoenix to get better service at Bill Luke's Chrysler and Jeep. Only reason I gave a 2nd star is because the sales team was great! More
