Pleasant Experience I made an appointment for oil change and recall fix. I was going out of town that day so the time they gave me was not going to work. Worst Customer Service Department I called setting Appointment telling them what service was to be done, Had my son drop car off and they had him sign for a diagnostic which I did not I called setting Appointment telling them what service was to be done, Had my son drop car off and they had him sign for a diagnostic which I did not ask for. He signed believing it was the work I asked to be performed. They ran the diagnostic removing all freon leaving vehicle with no freon. So what was working before was no longer working and car now has no AC. I called asking for a manager and they told me one was not available. I asked if a manager would be there when I stopped by and they said yes. I rush there from work and ask to speak to a manager and what do you know, no manager there. I paid took my car, and left a message for the service manager. He called and after I told him my issue he said not there problem. Read the reviews on this place, I should have and beware, they are dishonest, untrustworthy and uncaring. Don’t let them work on your vehicle. New ownership does no good if you keep the same crappy people. More

Loosing confidence in the service department waited over an hour for oil change few weeks ago. Car leaking oil since. Minor repair servives Arrived on time but it was a zoo. Had made appointment on line but there was a line at service center. Had two items to get fixed. The other never got done and was not even out on ticket. Obviously was not happy with that. They appear to over book their appointments so plan on a long wait: also they kept car overnight for simple repairs. More
