The employees were both helpful and professionals. My vehicle was scheduled for 9:00 am. My vehicle was completed by 9:30. I had the oil and filter replaced and the transmission oil and filter replaced. I also had them try and fix a tire pressure sensor. As I drove out of the parking lot, the tire pressure sensor light on t oil and filter replaced. I also had them try and fix a tire pressure sensor. As I drove out of the parking lot, the tire pressure sensor light on the dash came back on again. Not happy!! More

Gravens RAM 1500 I came in with multiple problems. Matt at the service desk was helpful and knowledgeable. After having my truck most of the day, my suspicions were co I came in with multiple problems. Matt at the service desk was helpful and knowledgeable. After having my truck most of the day, my suspicions were confirmed with 3 major problems. Matt explained what the problems were and had prices for each. The bill will be pretty high, but he was willing to knock some of the cost down to make it less painful in my wallet.
