Would not recommend this dealership. Very disappointed with the service. Brought our van in a few weeks ago for a door latch actuator replacement. On the third day they had the car the service person re with the service. Brought our van in a few weeks ago for a door latch actuator replacement. On the third day they had the car the service person recommended several other maintenance items be done, which we agreed to. Got the car home, now the door cannot be opened from the outside - only from the automatic opener. Emailed the service department twice, no response. Called three times before getting a call back. Bring the car back in, it takes two days before they ever get back to us, saying it’s a new problem, we will have to pay for it. It worked when we dropped it off, it didn’t work when we picked it up - more than a little suspicious. Over $1,000 to fix a door latch. Very poor respect of OUR time, keeping our car so long with no feedback about the problem. Definitely feel that we were taken advantage of. Will find another dealer from now on. More

I don't understand why I'm being badgered to leave a review when I have received neither a call back with a date and time for my windshield repair through my warrranty nor a call with regards to the par review when I have received neither a call back with a date and time for my windshield repair through my warrranty nor a call with regards to the part that was ordered for my vehicle....I bought my vehicle in for service December 31, 2020....came in in Saturday, January 2, 2020 and the acting service manager swore up and down he would get an answer for me 1/4/2021...to date, I've heard NOTHING...only text messages to complete a survey...well here it is!! Customer Service has gone in the toilet! More
We brought my fiancées car in for the engine loosing fuel pressure. They said it was becuase it was due for an oil change. As an ASC certified mechanic, I had issues with that cause of failure. After I questioned their findings and asked for a more technical explanation I was met with what seemed like a scripted response to sell an oil change. I had then asked to speak with the Service Manager or General Manager, to which they said they spoke with them and they said I was free to take my business elsewhere. I am in the equipment repair industry, and am myself a Service Manager, and can confidently say I have never seen such a blatant disregard for the customer or their satisfaction. If I were the GM or owner of this dealership, I would be ashamed at how Service Advisors and Service Managers were allowed to speak to Clients. Her Car is still under warranty, but we will drive across state before returning to this facility for repairs. They clearly have a lack of qualified technicians and client facing service personnel who are able or willing to explain or justify their repair recommendations. More
