Their service department is a joke. My advisor Steven Tapia never returns your calls. I had my truck in there shop in early March to fix the radio that was frozen by a software update. I dropped it off and was called the next day to pick it up. A radio had to be ordered and I was told it would take about two or three weeks. I called back after two weeks and was told no news and no ETA. Another week or two went by and no radio or updates from Steven. After a month I called the parts department to see when my radio would be in. The parts guy checked and told me I needed to talk to Steven. I took that as my radio was never ordered. I finally got a hold of Steven and he said my radio was in, so I made an appointment the next day and dropped the truck off. I got a call from Steven later that day and he told me the radio was sent back because it sat there for 30 days. He also said he physically saw the radio when he called me to come in for the install. I don't believe him. The radio was reordered and I was told it would arrive in two weeks. After two weeks, I called the parts department and was told the radio order was canceled by the supplier. I then called the service manager and left him a message. I never heard back from him either. I called Chrysler customer care and they got involved and could not reach anyone. I then made an appointment with Chapman Dodge and got the radio in two weeks and the service completed. Stay away from Courtesy they are worthless and liars. Since May 2nd to June never got any calls or updates from Steven, the service manager. Thisp lace has the worst customer service. The owner or general manager needs to clean house. I will never go there again for service or to buy a vehicle. More
Yes Stephen was very nice to talk to from getting to set up my appointment by a text to my arrival to the fast service time I was there. He even text me the short amount of time to say if I needed anything up my appointment by a text to my arrival to the fast service time I was there. I want to acknowledge and praise the integrity and transparency of Cody Redford (Service Advisor) and Fernando (Technician) during a service appointment. An unexpected event occurred during a battery transparency of Cody Redford (Service Advisor) and Fernando (Technician) during a service appointment. An unexpected event occurred during a battery replacement portion. A 150 amp fuse box was blown due to cable arcing to the seat back. Both of them immediately explained what had happened (visual parts) and corrected the components (some acquiring from other locations) quickly and efficiently. Taking responsibility for ones actions is a great quality for these two folks not seen everyday. Thank you again. See you next trip. More
Would not recommend this dealership. Very disappointed with the service. Brought our van in a few weeks ago for a door latch actuator replacement. On the third day they had the car the service person recommended several other maintenance items be done, which we agreed to. Got the car home, now the door cannot be opened from the outside - only from the automatic opener. Emailed the service department twice, no response. Called three times before getting a call back. Bring the car back in, it takes two days before they ever get back to us, saying it’s a new problem, we will have to pay for it. It worked when we dropped it off, it didn’t work when we picked it up - more than a little suspicious. Over $1,000 to fix a door latch. Very poor respect of OUR time, keeping our car so long with no feedback about the problem. Definitely feel that we were taken advantage of. Will find another dealer from now on. More
