RAM Recvan was a nightmare to get service. 1st trip... Brought it in to get service on the touchscreen, power steering code and muffle rattle. I SCHEDULED an appointment, dropped it off and di 1st trip... Brought it in to get service on the touchscreen, power steering code and muffle rattle. I SCHEDULED an appointment, dropped it off and didn't hear anything for 3 days. I called and was told it would be looked at Monday. Had to go and shut down and empty fridge and recharge the battery. Called Teusday and was told noone looked at it yet. Given an excuse about the queue. I was angry and told the tech to check the steering code and I'll come get the van. It took 1 minute to diagnose and reset when I got there. I fixed the muffler myself. Took 15 minutes. Screen still wasn't right but works. So I went on my trip. After my trip I called to SCHEDULE an oil change at 7am. I brought it in at 6:50. They said they didn't have an OIL TECH?? And didn't know why it was scheduled at CDJR location. They sent me to JEEP EXPRESS. When I arrived at 715. I was told they don't do oil changes on the Recvans and took my van back over to CDJR. So Here I wait at Jeep. TBC More
