I was very pleased with how quickly Courtesy Chrysler reacted to our request to look at my car as to why it would not start. AAA was telling me that it appeared to be “starter” problem and they requested reacted to our request to look at my car as to why it would not start. AAA was telling me that it appeared to be “starter” problem and they requested that the car be towed. I asked that the car be towed to Courtesy Chrysler. Bill Wardingly confirmed that it was the battery, not the starter, and put in new battery. I picked up the car later that day (Sat., 10/16/21). I was very pleased with quick service.
