I submitted my information online for a truck listed with no photo, "New Arrival". I was called shortly after by Pete, who sent me photos of the truck, that was still back in service, within minutes. I arriv no photo, "New Arrival". I was called shortly after by Pete, who sent me photos of the truck, that was still back in service, within minutes. I arrived to the dealership at 8:15am the next morning, truck waiting out front for me, and Pete had me finished up to be to work on time! I cannot say enough good things. Living in fountain hills, my wife and I could have went to a few other dealerships, but when Liz McMahon answered our phone call, her personality captivated us. She was hills, my wife and I could have went to a few other dealerships, but when Liz McMahon answered our phone call, her personality captivated us. She was willing to talk to us and explain how the process works on a vehicle that is incoming. We came in the day after and got the same great treatment in person. We got a full walk around/demonstration on a similar model and got a nice hello from Jeff Bonner the sales manager. I can’t wait for our Pacifica to get here, and am so grateful that Liz was our girl! More
