I was looking locally in the valley for a Grand Cherokee L Summit online and struck out,  but found one in California. Then I met Shannon. She also asked about where I would be servicing my vehicle and had not even thought that far ahead. She guided me through service as well as parts and now know what to do what the time for services come up. I know Shannon does not get paid to take the time out of her day to show me how to use my vehicle and will only go to her for how she treated me like family.
