Well, this is the 5th time I've had to purchase a chrome piece that goes under the headlight on my Chrysler 300. With tax, 197.00! However, he tells me that it would be 100.00 per hour for the labor....I just want people to know that the service here has gone down the toilet. On another note, the man, Teddy that ordered the part was wonderful and the lady Donna that answered comments on line, was very helpful. I appreciated that very much. No need to call me. I just want people to be aware!!! More

Had an issue with mileage reported on website from Michigan to actual mileage of the vehicle when I got to Arizona. Not responding was my biggest beef! Erroneous mileage 8604 and actual was just under 15000. Dealership gave me $500 for the difference. I said $1000 would make me happier but settled for the offer. I also canceled maintenance and service contracts as too expensive. I had jet lag and was very tired when signing all the paperwork. Issues were worked out smoothly to everyone's satisfaction and I like the vehicle. More
