I started my day today with the goal of casually searching for a truck capable of hauling my daughters (aka my donkeys, calm down). After having an *especially* bizarre experience at a different dealership right before - I almost called it quits and went home. I'm so glad I decided to stop at Courtesy CDJR since it was on the way. My experience here was beyond phenomenal. Mohammad Omar listened to what I was needing in a truck & made the match & Alissa in financing made the numbers work in my favor. The entire process from browsing to signing the papers was smooth sailing & efficient. There's such a strong stereotype about the vehicle buying process & Courtesy CDJR put that to rest REAL quick. Even the staff who were not directly involved in my sale were great. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I witnessed various scenarios of other customers & all were handled with respect & transparency. I cannot emphasize enough how great of an experience this was today. Many thanks to Mohammad & Alissa for everything. Some vehicle buying experiences go up to 10, but this one goes up to 11. More
