Second time and second vehicle in this repair shop and will never do it again.. this time was my 2020 ram needing front end suspension work. Dropped it January 11th didn't get it back till Feb 20th!! All will never do it again.. this time was my 2020 ram needing front end suspension work. Dropped it January 11th didn't get it back till Feb 20th!! All the usual bull crap run around of needing new control arms and gear rack that needed ordered. Then it was a part they said they had and it wasn't there after all so had to order that too... then it got lost in transit and took 2 more weeks to get!! After month of texting and calling about updates I was offered a rental with 50 dollar a day on the shops dime, but I still pay for gas and insurance while waiting almost 2 more weeks.. so I will never bring any other vehicle back to this service shop and don't think anyone else should either unless you just want a oil change or something simple.
