DEFECTIVE VEHICLE!!! Let me start with saying that our salesman Charlie was a great and if you still decide to buy a car from this place. Go to him. Long story short, we received a defective vehicle and the manager Ben Saxton clearly isn't going to help us in getting out of this nightmare of a vehicle. Home of the Slam JUNK deal is more like it! We purchased a used 2011 Dodge Durango with 14k miles back in July 2013. We saw this vehicle as long term and we purchased the extended warranty. Shortly after purchasing this car, it repeatedly wouldn't start. Numerous times I was late to work, my son late to school or straight up just stranded wherever I happened to be at the time. It took THREE trips for the service department to finally fix THAT problem. Despite the brakes being in great condition, they squeak and squeal so loud when braking. Not a huge issue, but shouldn't be happening and another thing the service department can't fix or isn't willing to. On to the air conditioning..... driving home from California the other weekend, the AC quit working! We were in the middle of the desert and had no choice but to drive for 2+ hours with NO AC with a small child in the backseat! This has become ridiculous and I don't pay several hundred dollars a month to be dealing with such big issues and have a vehicle that is unreliable and a total piece of garbage! We went into the dealership to talk to the manager Ben Saxton and tell him our entire history with the car. He promised us he would work something out to get us out of this problem vehicle. WRONG! He didn't help us at all. He left to run an errand while Charlie helped us look at other vehicles and when he arrived back, he walked right past us and we never saw him again. We left the dealership with our same piece of junk not knowing when it's going to break again and what's going to break. It's a very bad spot to be in especially when driving around with kids. I don't know when I'm going to get stranded again. Thanks Superstition Springs Chrysler for selling us a defective vehicle and not willing to help us get out of it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! More

THE BEST I bought a new 2014 Doge Ram 2500 Pick-up. I found it online, contacted them thru Email, and bought it that same day. My salesman Oscar was friendly, I bought a new 2014 Doge Ram 2500 Pick-up. I found it online, contacted them thru Email, and bought it that same day. My salesman Oscar was friendly, courteous,, knowledgeable and efficient. Everybody treated me as if I were an old friend, Oscar & another employee caravanned me home, delivering my old car, so I only had one trip to make. He followed me to my bank for the down-payment so I could get back to work. A few days later he drove to my workplace, picked up the truck & had a new bedliner installed, and delivered it to me. The price I paid was better than Ford or Chevy trucks I researched, & my Dodge was better equipped. The finance team was patient, not pushy, & explained every option at least twice. This was the most enjoyable auto/truck buying experience I ever had. I would recommend this company to ANYBODY. More

He would not participate in my pursuit to buy the Jeep Cherokee. I saw the ads on TV and also red some reviews before going there to look at the Jeep and met Oscar, who let me drive it and answered a lot of my questions. Never felt pressure to buy. I actually took my time, told him I was going to wait and he simply said let him know when I was ready and he would find the car I want. About three weeks later I told him what I wanted, color, etc, and he located the vehicle and I was ready to buy. I don't like the back and forth games a lot of dealers use in negotiating what they will give you for the trade, etc. Superstition Springs did this, however, it was brief and they gave me what I wanted for my car, after two lower prices which I declined. Oscar and the rest of the team were really nice and I walked away with a fair deal and very good experience. My husband really likes the Jeep, and just happy I had a good experience. More

Their comments and pricing and attitude, just really turned us off. We did not know about Superstition Springs Dodge so we went to this dealership and were pleasantly surprised. What an awesome well oiled machine they have. Their operation is very professional and the pricing was right up front, we received the monthly payment that we were looking for and the truck was upgraded as well as we did not think that we could afford such a nicer vehicle. It was a total slam dunk and I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know that is looking for a new car or truck. These people were great and the attitude which we really noticed up front was friendly, courteous, with no high pressure that we received from the other two dealerships. It was all upfront, no gimmicks or games. We will be back for all of our transportation needs. Thank You SSCJD.. More
