I would do it again in a heartbeat! My salesman was Jeff Bonner. He was friendly, courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy and really listened to me. The color and my wish list of options was pretty hard to find in this area, but Jeff kept looking and finally found the perfect vehicle for me. The level of service that I received from Jeff before the sale has been just as good and consistent after the sale. In 4 decades of buying more than 20 vehicles, I can honestly say that working with Jeff was one of the top 3 experiences. I have recommended Jeff to people who have admired my awesome 2015 Dodge Durango and will continue to do so. I could probably sum up my feelings about Jeff in these 4 words... "thank you my friend". Hard Negotiation IT was a very hard negotiation with the purchase of my New 2015 Ram 2x4. I did get t he color I wanted but some of the extras were not on the truck. Overall the deal was negotiated and I drove off with what I considered a very hard negotiation. After the sale was set, things got easier with the purchase. Al in all I would say that in the end I am very Satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated by this dealership. More

My Little Black Lemon I drove 5 hours to check out a cute used car I saw on the Superstition Springs website. I have never bought a car from a Dealership before and was j I drove 5 hours to check out a cute used car I saw on the Superstition Springs website. I have never bought a car from a Dealership before and was just going to look at it. It felt like I was in a whirlwind because a few hours later I was leaving my car there and driving home the used car! The next day at home when I went to figure out how the radio worked, I found that the stereo speakers were totally BLOWN and the USB jack wasn't working. So, I had to go back to Arizona (5 hrs 1 way) and leave the car so they could replace the speakers and fix the jack. The speakers were replaced, the jack works, and the car washed inside and out and I was happy as could be when I left the dealership. Everyone there was very nice to me, especially the Finance Guy and I'm not xxxxxxxx about the character of the employees. But, now that I've had the car for 3 months there's a serious mechanical problem. It doesn't always want to start!! I've taken it into the Ford Dealer in town and they charged me $150 to tell me they don't know what's wrong. The battery was replaced but that was just the first wasted expense because the car is still not starting all the time. That expensive extended warranty I paid for to cover problems like this doesn't cover ANYTHING unless it's totally broken! So, this $10,000 car which I had hoped would last me quite some time is just a little black lemon. I bought it for the great gas mileage because it's my "Bucket List Car" meaning I have plans to travel the West and see the astonishing countryside. Instead, I'm stuck with an expensive, 4 year old unreliable car and can't afford to spend any more out of pocket repair expenses because of the crappy warranty. I know it can be dicey buying a used car but it would seem to me that used cars should be thoroughly checked out before being sold. This car was obviously NOT or A. they'd have known about the speakers and USB jack, and B. the way it won't always start. I was fooled and yes, it's my fault for being a fool but the salespersons did their job extremely well in keeping me off balance so that I couldn't say no. Sounds lame but I think that they saw a "mark" the minute I stepped out of my car and into their building. I'm just sad that I'm now stuck with a xxxxx. car that I have to make payments on for years to come and can't really trust it to go anywhere. So much for my Bucket List. :( More

Great People, Great Customer Service!!! After the awful experience we had at Robert Horne Ford, the people, the managers and even the owner (We actually met the owner and shook his hand!!) w After the awful experience we had at Robert Horne Ford, the people, the managers and even the owner (We actually met the owner and shook his hand!!) we had at Superstition Dodge RAM was the exact opposite, Great People!! Matt was my Internet Salesperson and he REALLY helped us out getting the deal started. He told me he was not going to be there on Saturday when we came in, but he handed us off to his partner, Elmore, who met us at the door. We told him what we needed, he was familiar with my conversations with Matt, and he gave us the full court press. He got a Sales Manager involved right away, we gave him our USAA Certified Certificate, and we took a New 2015 RAM 2500 HD Diesel for a test drive. What an awesome truck, really drives great, big and roomy, TONS of power!! The sales manager Randy got the ball rolling once we did a little haggling and got the price we wanted. He gave us a better trade value on our 2013 Ford Expedition than the Ford dealer did, he got us an excellent rate and term for the truck, and they threw the sink at us for warranties and service deals!! Superstition RAM offers a Warranty for Life, and trust me, it is worth the trip to talk with them!! WOW!!! The owner came out and greeted us, not the GM, but the OWNER!! I don't think in all our years of buying cars and trucks, we have ever spoken with the owner! He thanked us for coming in, and handed out some back-to-school backpacks for our grandkids! These guys made the deal happen, they were friendly, they didn't waste our time, and from start to finish the whole deal lasted a little over 3 hours!! I HIGHLY recommend going to Superstition Chrysler Dodge RAM if you are in the market for a new car or truck!! More
