Just average Took my car in for recalls at 930am-had to call back early evening to find out status because no call. Was told it wouldn't be ready til the next day. Took my car in for recalls at 930am-had to call back early evening to find out status because no call. Was told it wouldn't be ready til the next day. The next day I had to initiate call again to find out status. They Did uber me home and back the next day but wouldn't even courtesy wash the outside of my car because it would cost them money. It's the little things about service that are slipping so the no calls both days, not willing to at least wash the car is disappointing. Seems like only people who get Irate get something. Awful. More
