Let us know what was going on with our vehicle. Call dealership about trouble with our van not starting. We findly got it started and they had a 8:30 opening for us to bring our van in. Waited 3 hours for door panel to be replaced. Not done corre I took my car in for a 10:00 appt. for an inside door panel replacement. After waiting 3 hours, the car was ready, but the door panel was not installe I took my car in for a 10:00 appt. for an inside door panel replacement. After waiting 3 hours, the car was ready, but the door panel was not installed correctly. Another half hour waiting for it to be fixed and it's still not right! The old parts, (the fasteners)), one which was broken) were used, instead of new parts. The fasteners are for one time usuasge only. The panel is not fitting tightly as it should. The cost; $590. I am very unhappy and upset, to say the least! E. Scott More

Fred was great! Fred Haydock was excellent! The time it took to do the paperwork would be our biggest complaint. There were a few dollar amount inputting errors that Fred Haydock was excellent!
