I had the oil and filter replaced and the transmission oil and filter replaced. I also had them try and fix a tire pressure sensor. As I drove out of the parking lot, the tire pressure sensor light on t oil and filter replaced. I also had them try and fix a tire pressure sensor. As I drove out of the parking lot, the tire pressure sensor light on the dash came back on again. Not happy!! More

Amazing Experience I was contacted by Joe Johnson when I clicked on an ad on Facebook. He was extremely polite and got me the answers to the ad I saw. I then agreed to attend there Black Friday Sales Event. I was told that it started at 5am. I got there early to see what Joe was talking about. When I arrived at 5am in the morning I have to say I was shocked. Everyone was smiling and there was food and music. During my arrival there was a storm outside. I told the receptionist I was here to see Joe Johnson. She called him and then in from the rain came Joe Johnson. While he went to get the car pulled around his wife brought me some coffee. She was there to help her husband and the General Manager David Gonzalez. Mrs. Johnson said David was a family friend for years and she was there to support her husband and Mr. Gonzalez. I am happy to say that I bought the car and was made to feel like I just made a family friend for all of my vehicle purchases. Anytime someone can get there wife to come in at 5am to support them and there husbands boss has to be doing something write. Courtesy will have my families business as long as they are open!!! More

Gravens RAM 1500 I came in with multiple problems. Matt at the service desk was helpful and knowledgeable. After having my truck most of the day, my suspicions were co I came in with multiple problems. Matt at the service desk was helpful and knowledgeable. After having my truck most of the day, my suspicions were confirmed with 3 major problems. Matt explained what the problems were and had prices for each. The bill will be pretty high, but he was willing to knock some of the cost down to make it less painful in my wallet. I will be working to get the money while hopefully the problems won’t get worse to the point of costing more money. Thank you Matt More
