Donald Collins is a FIRST RATE salesman and a true professional. We ordered a Jeep in November of 2021, and it took 6 months to arrive. That was NOT the fault of Courtesy. Donald was extremely straightforward and gave me the absolute BEST price I could find in Louisiana. In fact, Jeep had a price increase in February, and Courtesy honored the ORIGINAL agreed price, even though the Jeep had not been built yet at t he time of the increase. When the jeep finally hit the lot, Donald asked me to send pictures of my trade. From those, Courtesy came up with an offer that was RIGHT where I expected it to be. The delivery was seamless. Donald made sure my wife's Jeep was spotless and shiny, and he put it in a spot where she definitely would see it. She was ELATED. He then painstakingly walked her through everything she needed to know to operate her new Rubicon. Also, when my order was just sitting at Jeep for months, he suggested I call Jeep (he even gave me the number) and complain. The result was my order got prioritized and I even got a complaint tracking number. Soon after , there was movement and the Jeep was being built! Donald kept me informed of the status and then travel locations of the vehicle. Folks, I have bought SEVERAL cars over the years, and this experience was BY FAR the most pleasant. There was NO going back and forth over price because Courtesy offered the best price FIRST. That's unheard of! Good job, Courtesy Team, and GOOD JOB, Mr. Collins! You guys ROCK More

They really was a lack of negotiation in the price of the truck. All I got was the incentives that Dodge offered. The Dealership never had any skin in the game. It was like take it or leave it. I called about a car they had on there web site but it had just sold. I talked to Crystal (sales) she said took my name and number and said when they get another one she will let me know.
