Oil change experience. Tim Jackson, my service advisor, greeted me by name and knew why I was at the dealership. Within 5 minutes of my arrival I was in the waiting room- my Tim Jackson, my service advisor, greeted me by name and knew why I was at the dealership. Within 5 minutes of my arrival I was in the waiting room- my vehicle on it's way to the service bay. Upon completion of my service, Mr. Jackson came to me and told me about my trucks overall condition. He had my truck washed and within an hour or so I was on my way home. Very pleasant experience. Car Guard = Poor Customer Service I purchased Car Guard coverage when I bought my vehicle. The first time I tried to have a dent removed from my car door, the initial guy I spoke with I purchased Car Guard coverage when I bought my vehicle. The first time I tried to have a dent removed from my car door, the initial guy I spoke with in the service dept had no clue what it was and gave me false information on how to file a claim. After driving around in my brand new Camaro with a dent for about 12,000 miles, I called Car Guard who told me the dealership would contact them when I bring in my car next. I had an oil change coming up, so decided to get my dent fixed at the same time; this did not happen. The service person, once agains, didn't know what I was talking about...so he referred me to the Body Shop. The estimator was initially a jerk. Instead of getting my oil change and dent removed same day, I had to drop off my Camaro the very next day to have the dent removed. I'm sitting here writing this review 23 minutes after the shuttle should've been here to pick me up. I had to call an hour an a half ago to see if my car was even fixed as well as to confirm my shuttle pick up. As of 4 minutes ago, my shuttle just left the dealership to come pick me up (because obviously it wasn't scheduled). When considering rush hour traffic, the shuttle won't be here until an hour after scheduled pick up time. Poor customer service all around. I am not happy. More
I have been the biggest skeptic of dealership service center s for years. Every one that I ever spoke to growing up would say never bring your car to a dealership service because you will be ripped off, over pri s for years. Every one that I ever spoke to growing up would say never bring your car to a dealership service because you will be ripped off, over priced and always trying to sell you something. Never dealt with them, always shied away from them and never trusted them... until now. My first trip to a dealership service center ever, made me think why haven't I done this before. Robert Pagan, service adviser, was upbeat, professional, customer service oriented and promised he would do his best to keep the price down. He also walked me through the process and always addressed what the next step is and what I should expect. I Never once felt that I was left hanging. He never led me to a position without options. His sincerity put my mind at ease. At the end, Robert kept his promise, even better it was lower then what I was initially quoted by him and definitely much less expensive then average Joe mechanic! I was taken aback when the price I ended paying was much lower then I was initially quoted. Usually, with my previous mechanic history when it comes to time to pay I usually embrace my self and tighten all my sphincters, because you know what was coming next. A much higher price with so called unforeseen issues. the price I ended up paying was less then I would have paid for my regular mechanic that takes him Several hours to diagnose then fix the issue, playing trial and error. Even better charging you more hours of labor then what really took to fix the issue. Unlike the regular auto-shops, here they gave me the hours of labor before the job started, easing my mined that it isn't a scam. A dealership service center that didn't try to over price and kept the estimate cost higher then my final cost is an amazing thing! I am very pleased with Courtesy Chevrolet and will definitely be back for routine maintenance and repairs (if needed). They truly embody the 5 Star rating they hold! More

Tim is accommodating to my schedule preferences, thorough in his explanation of the findings, personable to work with, and goes the extra mile to be sure my service appointment is a pleasurable experience. Tim Jackson is a 5 Star employee and I have used Courtesy service dept. for the 10 years I have owned the truck because of my satisfaction of working with Tim.
