Unannounced oil change Showed up for an unscheduled oil change. Sat there for about 20 minutes. One person stopped by asked me what I was in for and told me someone would be with me shortly. After watching two other customers get serviced that arrived after me started making feel a little upset. Next, a guy come up to me and told me I should come back because the wait was 3- 3 1/2 hours long. I made an appointment but still couldn't leave because my car was blocked in the check-in area by reply there guests cars. I was approached again by another service advisor who told me he could get me in right away. I was shocked, and happy! However it still took over 2 hours. Once Robert greeted me I honestly didn't mind waiting because he didnt make me feel like I was holding up the production. He also used my first name when speaking to me and I could tell he was doing all he could to help. He is the only reason I've given such a positive 'star rating'. Perhaps some re-stragerizing needs to be done at the service entrance to ensure people are served in the correct order and given reliable wait times. More

He definitely is One thing that sets Courtesy above the many service companies I've dealt with is that they know me and my vehicle. I didn't need to worry that I would receive the best possible service. From the write up, to the courtesy shuttle to getting my truck back clean and ready to go. I wanted some maintenance done on my car, as the brakes were making weird noises and it's been a while. Curtis was thorough and direct, rating what needed to be fixed or not fixed by red, yellow green system. This made it easy to decide and I wasn't pressured to do anything. I thought my car would take a couple days to fix, but it was done by the end of the day, and was extremely affordable. More
Prompt, Friendly service I just recently purchased my GMC from courtesy Chevy. I had a problem with my battery and went in for help. My warranty was not yet in the system but I just recently purchased my GMC from courtesy Chevy. I had a problem with my battery and went in for help. My warranty was not yet in the system but Larry promptly verified my warranty and took in my vehicle for diagnosis. My sales person Carlos was also on hand making sure that my battery was replaced. I had a good experience and would highly recommend Larry and Carlos for their assistnce. More
