Unannounced oil change Showed up for an unscheduled oil change. Sat there for about 20 minutes. After watching two other customers get serviced that arrived after me started making feel a little upset. Next, a guy come up to me and told me I should come back because the wait was 3- 3 1/2 hours long. I made an appointment but still couldn't leave because my car was blocked in the check-in area by reply there guests cars. I was approached again by another service advisor who told me he could get me in right away. I was shocked, and happy! However it still took over 2 hours. Once Robert greeted me I honestly didn't mind waiting because he didnt make me feel like I was holding up the production. He also used my first name when speaking to me and I could tell he was doing all he could to help. He is the only reason I've given such a positive 'star rating'. Perhaps some re-stragerizing needs to be done at the service entrance to ensure people are served in the correct order and given reliable wait times. More

Great Service! I hate having to take my car in and was fully expecting a long, arduous process. I wanted some maintenance done on my car, as the brakes were making weird noises and it's been a while. Curtis was thorough and direct, rating what needed to be fixed or not fixed by red, yellow green system. This made it easy to decide and I wasn't pressured to do anything. I thought my car would take a couple days to fix, but it was done by the end of the day, and was extremely affordable. More
